Sometimes the best way to be happy is to let go of the things you hold on to that are no longer good for you. Life can be difficult. All of us are faced with stress, pain, loss, and feeling out of control in our lives. Sometimes, even the strongest people you know need a little bit of help to work through life's more difficult problems.

You may be experiencing some of your own life's challenges and feel you have done all you can to cope, yet find things are not changing or improving. You may not know exactly where to go for help, who the best person would be to talk to, or what to expect from therapy. These are normal questions and concerns.
Services
Robyn is responsible to oversee the overall operations of client care and billing/collections of NBCG. She works directly with our awesome administrative staff, Kris & Jenny, to make sure our clients are getting the best quality care and services we can provide. Robyn is a dedicated wife and mother and loves.
At New Beginnings Counseling Group, our approach is very individualistic using a wide range of interventions depending on where the client is on his/her journey. One of our highest values in working with someone is our respect for their own process. We see our role as one that offers support as well as challenge with appropriate timing.
Do you worry about work constantly when you're at home, or feel anxious and tense even about small events? Is your mind riddled with a powerless sense of imminent danger, a place where rising panic can be difficult to quell? These signs and symptoms are common in those suffering from a medical condition called anxiety disorder.
Do you feel heavy with despair, struggling each day to keep your head just above the darkness and dread? While it may seem difficult to find your way back to hope and happiness, I've been helping clients to personally do just that for years. To experience the joy of warm sunshine on their face, to reconnect with estranged loved ones, and to re-engage with a meaningful life.
According to the National Alliance on Mental Illness, at least 1 in 5 adult Americans experience a mental illness, with nearly 10 million living with a severe mental illness. Approximately 21.5 million Americans face a substance use disorder every year. Millions more report suffering from low self-esteem.

I adore this counseling group! I have been honored to work with Peggy Webster as a couple's counselor and we couldn't be happier! She opened our eyes to a new way of communicating, expressing needs and just remembering to be kind to one another. Gives informative homework suggestions (that actually work) and has so many resources for all situations. We chose her for her experience and were impressed from day one. Would recommend Peggy wholeheartedly! Kris, at the office, is also a delight to work with. She is quite the match maker for getting you paired with the right counselor for your needs!

I had a very good first experience with Heather. The office was very nice and my session was just what I needed. I will be back next week!
