I wanted this to be 5 stars SO BADLY! Let me start by saying my visit to the salon itself was lovely. They took the time to explain the different types, curls, and length of lashes. The application process was peaceful and relatively quick. The final result was GORGEOUS. However, it has been less than a week and almost ALL the lashes have fallen off. It's giving the chicken from Moana. Every time I turn around, a bunch of them are on my cheeks or in my eyes. I followed the aftercare instructions to a tee and this is not my first time getting extensions - I have never experienced lashes falling

Okay, hear me out. I had my lashes done for the first time by a prior lash tech in Oregon for Thanksgiving, and most, if not all, of my lashes had fallen out after only one week. So I was under the assumption that extensions lasted 1-2 weeks. I was embarrassed because they were hanging by a little cluster in the corner of my eye, like broken wings, and I didn't want to take them out myself since I was concerned it might damage my natural lashes :(

Kyle and his team are the best!! I found KS on Yelp after I moved to the city a few months ago and made an appointment based off of all the glowing reviews I saw. Kyle helped me pick my style and type of lash based off the extensions I already had but I loved them even more after getting them filled at KS. I get so many compliments and I love my lashes every time. If I ever have any problems Kyle is so responsive with solutions and help. This is a business that is good at what they do AND cares for their clients happiness. I would recommend KS lashes to anyone!!

Absolutely in love!! If you're reading my review please just go ahead and book an appointment with Kyle. The whole procedure was relaxing and it was very fast with great result! I showed him the lash map and it's exactly what I expected. Very reasonable price as well. Will definitely come back. Highly recommended!!!

I've always hated the way lashes looked on me. I like a natural wispy look and most places over fill my lashes and make the ends look droopy. This is the only place I will ever go to for my lashes! They listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me the prettiest lashes that I can wear to work without looking over done. The BEST of the best.

Been going to Kyle for 5 months now and have 0 complaints! I get the premium silk lash extensions extra full and they last me 3 weeks before I need another fill in in. High quality work with great results. Ive gone to other studios where after just a few days alot of lashes are falling off and a lot with my own natural lash attached. I have not had this experience with Kyle, hence why I continue to return every 3 weeks :)
I've also gotten my lashes done by a few different technicians from his team and never had any issues with any of them!

I'm amazed by how long these lashes stay on! I have been here twice. The first time they did an eyelash consultation and gave me their suggestion on which lash length and placement would make sense for my face. I trusted them and absolutely loved it. I went back and they had all the information saved from the consultation from my first visit. They were quick and the quality remained the same. The lashes still looked good after three weeks! I can't wait to go back. Highly recommend this place!!

I got lash extensions for the first time for my hiking trip out west. The technician went over what they recommended for my eye shape and how I wanted it to be natural since it was my first time. I came out of the appointment extremely happy with how they came out! I'm almost 2 weeks in and they still look amazing!! My lashes still stayed on despite sweating and hiking!!

Quality of lashes varies significantly depending on who does them- and poor customer service in response to customer satisfaction. This place used to be great- but after adding technicians it seems to be going downhill.
I requested Kyle, and was told someone else would start me and Kyle would take over- when I got there his mentee started on my lashes right away without asking what kind, length, etc. She was very gentle and sweet, but lashes looked horrible within 2 days, most falling off, leaving me having to wear mascara and still looking a mess. Within one week I was 100% back to my original
