I have done buisness with Ron's a couple times in the past and have another service scheduled for next week. It's the people that work here that keep me coming back. Extremely friendly, and knowledgeable staff. I bring my 4 year old son in with me and even though I do my best to keep him under control, his excitement gets the better of him sometimes and he likes to touch everything, wants to test every flashlight, and has a million questions for the staff. They respond so encouragingly and are so patient and kind that it's somewhat hard to believe. I will not spend my hard earned money anywhere

Ron's Auto & RV Service has been consistent, just completed a minor tuneup on my 2017 Mazda with no problems, Ron's provided me with a courtesy ride to my home and back to pickup my vehicle too. This is the place for fair pricing and excellent service and repairs.

Been going to these guys for years. I have a vehicle that is old and there weren't many of them made or on the road so parts are hard to find. They worked hard to find the correct parts but they were on back order for 2 weeks which was bad for me as I do not generate revenue with a vehicle that is in the shop. They shopped around and found alternatives that worked (thinking quick on their feet) and they delivered my truck back to me before the previously promised time. Super helpful, super honest and I highly recommend servicing your vehicle at Ron's Automotive and RV.

I was needing an inspection of the running gear on a used motorhome I was buying and living in another part of the state I knew no one in the Vancouver area. Ron's Auto & RV were recommended and they were able inspect my RV promptly. Chuck was very professional and considerate of my concerns. The inspection was thorough and comprehensive. He followed up and made results and recommendations known promptly. The price was fair and the written report was concise and detailed. I would highly recommend these guys.

Ron's Auto and RV lied to me, and I have the proof. Took my RV in for oil change and to check the suspension. They came up with a long list of "Recommendations"; including that the transmission fluid was "dirty" and needed to be flushed, and the shocks needed to be replaced. Once I arrived home, I checked my service records and the transmission had been flushed 6 months prior by a different place. I took the RV to yet another place and they confirmed that the transmission fluid was clean and the vehicle did NOT need new shocks. Do NOT patronize this establishment!

Really appreciate the crew at Ron's. We thought we had a transmission issue and would have to pay thousands, but it turned out to be a leaking hose and we paid under $300. They even came in on a Saturday when they're closed to let us pick up the repaired vehicle. Many thanks for exceptional work and customer service!

Years ago I asked a trusted friend for a referral to an auto shop. Without hesitation, he recommended Ron's Auto & RV. He and Tony, I believe, spent hours together in the home garage back in high school days. I've entrusted my cars to them for many years now, and have never been disappointed or had a reason to distrust. I am one to ask questions and need explanations. Took my 2007 PONTIAC G6 GT to get it ready for the rainy weather (Wipers, Window washer check), and Oil, Filter, and Lube. They check my car and found that my tires are approaching the end of their treads. They suggested what tires my car will be needing which I appreciate as I want to get my car ready for winter driving . Very pleased with the service I received, it gives me peace of mind and I highly recommend them to anyone that want to keep their car well maintained.

I've been taking my vehicles to Ron's for more than a decade. I've always found them to be knowledgeable about what ever system I was bringing in. From thorough diagnostics and helpful ideas when I want to do my own work to solving the more complex problems at a fair price, I rely on Ron's.

I took my car to Ron's Auto & RV after doing extensive research on the business and verifying over the phone with the manager, Mike, that they knew how to work on my car. This was the first mechanic I've ever used that wasn't a dealer and I was already a bit nervous about it. Unfortunately, what so often happens with cars is that we don't take the time to find the best auto repair shops because we wait until our car has an immediate issue to try and find a trustworthy mechanic. Back again for more service with Ron's. We have been very pleased with them over the years being honest and forthcoming about services for my old car. I feel they are trustworthy and honest which can't be hard to find in this day and age. I'm looking forward to my car running smoothly! They are spending but I know that they are using factory replacement parts on my car which seem to be the best option as other brand parts never seem to work quite right.

My boyfriend and I have used Ron's for a lot of auto and RV care. We have not been disappointed In their prices and work. They are honest, efficient, and nice people. We will continue to bring our cars here. Also, Mike in the front office is super nice and outgoing, and their waiting room is clean and cozy!

Brought my Jeep in to replace a failing CV axle and a leaky heater core. The CV axle is a relatively low-cost quick job, but the heater core requires removing the entire front dash, steering wheel, airbags, etc...it's a good 8 hours of solid work. I was probably lucky with the timing, but brought it in midmorning and they called around noon the next day to say everything was ready! And it was, my car was back in shape and providing heat again in sub-freezing weather.

Very positive experience with these guys. Very honest and straight forward!
Fixed the power steering issue and let me know that I had a broken manifold issue. They fixed that and the RV is nice and relatively quiet now. :) Was my first RV and just expected it was noisy because it was old. Work was done a lot faster than my previous experiences elsewhere.
Everything works and out on the road again just in time to enjoy summer!
Next time I have an issue with the RV I will surely take it back to Mike @ Ron's Auto & RV!

Okay, so first impression is over the phone. The guy I talked to is actually polite and doesn't try to say he doesn't know what something is gonna cost. He gives me an estimate for replacing my muffler, which is actually cheaper than even the big guys.
So I go in and the waiting area is actually nice. And clean. Big points there. Then same thing with the guy at the counter, polite and gives me the price and timeframe.
I go have lunch and come back to find I didn't need a new muffler after all. (And I was certain I did) just a few feet of tailpipe. Wow. Who else would have been honest

Being a woman you have to be careful where you take your car. I just posted that Jiffy Lube on Mill Plain, Vancouver is terrible. This is where you need to take your car. I've had my car in here for several things and mainly if it's something that's dumb, like finding out that my key was worn down and that's why my car wasn't starting correctly, they don't charge.
