Enchanted Oven started as a custom cakery in the Metro Detroit area in 2007 after I left a career in the legal field to pursue my passion for baking and cake decorating. The custom cakes were an instant success, and Enchanted Oven was featured in the media, including print and television. In 2013, our family moved to sunny Tarpon Springs, Florida, near Tampa Bay where Enchanted Oven operated gulf-side until 2017.
It was during that time that I expanded and honed the menu using old family recipes with a new spin focusing on favorite local flavors like key lime, coconut and rum. I am happy to bring Enchanted Oven back to my home state, and our family looks forward to making many happy new memories with you and yours.

Themed Weddings are a unique way to express yourself as a couple. We are happy to create a custom designed Wedding Cake and/or Sweet Table to perfectly fit your theme. For a couple wanting a dramatic presentation for their Enchanted Forest themed wedding, we designed and created a Floral Wedding Cake covered in handmade sugar flowers and elevated on a custom constructed tree swing surrounded by fairy doors.
