Melinda LaChapelle - Pastry Chef: Melinda was born in San Diego, CA and as a young girl grew up baking with her Mom and Grandmother. Upon moving to Florida, Melinda attended Tarpon Springs High School and was one of the first four year graduates of their Culinary Program. While in the Tarpon Culinary Program, Melinda competed multiple times in the National Pro-Start Competition, winning first place in the state on the Gourmet Meal Team.

Great little place with lots of veggie options. Breakfast sandwiches, regular sandwiches, soups, salads, delicious lattes, and two full display cases filled with fresh pastries. Even better, the plates and silverware get washed and reused instead of trash and the coffee cups are made with recyclable and compostable materials. Staff were all friendly (though only some were masked). Prices were decent for such fresh food, good portions. Well definitely be back!

I enjoy going to Sweet Caroline’s Bakery because of the red carpet service I get from the employees. You walk in and someone is there to greet you no matter how busy they are. They have many employees that work there and the one that greets you is your own personal employee so to speak from start to finish. Their there to help you and get you what you need. The same person who greets you gets whatever you want and checks you out, from start to finish. It’s nice to know who is working on your stuff. Their sausage egg and cheese croissant, potato hash, potato salad were fabulous! Their spinach

Sweet Caroline's is a wonderful bakery. Its pies, cakes, and pastries are an excellent final course for any meal, and their wide selection ensures that one can find an appropriate treat to accompany whatever style of food one is planning to serve.

Delicious food for a snack anytime. I’ve been here several times and tried a variety of different dishes. Never been disappointed. Food is always fresh, hot, and delicious. The sticky buns and hot cross buns or two of my favorites. And the lattes are made to perfection. So if you’re looking for a snack in you’re in the area, I highly recommend you swing by Sweet Caroline’s bakery and café and give it a shot.

We stopped in yesterday, mid-afternoon, and the place was Packed! Always a good sign!! Looks Very Clean, and Everyone is Super Friendly!! Ordered a Cheesecake and a Cinnamon Roll. The Cinnamon Roll was kinda dry, could have used a bit more Cinnamon, but maybe that is personal preference... The Cheesecake however, was Fantastic!!! Some of the Best I've ever had!! Everything appears fresh and looks Delicious!!! Will stop by again Very Soon!!
