Excellent for those with allergies! I cannot have gluten and dairy and was able to get a gluten and dairy free birthday cake and pumpkin pie! Both tasted amazing!

I ordered three dozen unicorn cupcakes for my daughter’s 2nd birthday party from 502 Baking Company. As a mom of 2 under 2, I didn’t really have time to put much thought into what they would look like, but 502 Baking Company took the idea and ran with it! They came out absolutely perfect! Everyone was super impressed with how they looked as well as how they tasted. I tried all three flavors I ordered and the vanilla cupcakes were the best I have ever had! I’m hosting another event in a few weeks and will be going back to 502 Baking Company for the desserts. I’m also going to order pies

Just spotted this absolute gem!! Stopped in to order their famous carrot cake for my colleague’s work anniversary, and got a Key Lime Bite for myself. Key Lime is my FAVORITE, and I order it whenever I see it on a dessert menu. Well, this was the BEST I’ve ever had, hands down!! I will be stopping in here on the regular from now on! Friendly, helpful staff, too! Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Really a great find. As just about everyone has noted, it has a fabulous key lime pie. Other great pastries too. Key thing is that many of them are not typical, but interesting variations that are really good.
I had a scone and a crumb cake. They were both somewhat soft, which is unusual, especially for a scone, but they were really delicious.
The brownie was very good, but wish it did not have icing, which was just okay.
Had a cookie, which I believe was a chocolate chip, but the chips were very small. This was the only letdown.
I look forward to my next visit.

My wife and I love Key Lime pie, so much so we’ve had it shipped from Florida. No more! Toni at 502 Bakery is a master, and super friendly and accommodating to boot. If you love Key Lime pie, this is THE place on the Jersey Shore. Highly recommend!

It is not surprising to hear that people drive hours to come to 502! The smell....OMG...the smell!! Their baked goods are unmatched! I love supporting this small business! Everything I have had has been amazing, but I love, love, love the cheese crumb (photo)! The owners and staff are extremely friendly and helpful! You won't be disappointed!

My Mother in law was turning 81 during a pandemic. We searched for a bakery near her to deliver a cake. In all of Tom's River we couldn't find one to deliver. Then I found 502 Baking in Brick. They were 15 miles away...but did offer delivery, so I sent them an email. I knew it was a long shot since they were so far away. Well, even though their delivery radius was 5 miles, Les (one of the owners) agreed to deliver a cake to her on her birthday. They took payment over the phone and even included a beautiful candle with the cake. Not only was the customer service of this bakery 5 stars...but the
