I had always dreamed about being a mother but, nothing prepared me for the insane amount of love that overwhelmed me the second my baby was placed in my arms. I didn't, and still don't, go one night without eating dessert. With that being said, I was determined to still enjoy all the sweets I wanted but, without the refined sugar, gluten, artificial flavors and preservatives in most desserts. I took the knowledge I had gained from Johnson & Wales University, along with the 5 years I worked at a bakery in Freehold, NJ, and I began testing out healthy versions of my favorite recipes.

Look no further ladies and gentlemen. I just want to let you guys know I just moved to the Howell area which is Monmouth County. I lived in Bergen County for 34 years of my life and I am 35 years old. I do not know anything about this area but I still was tasked with finding a person or business to make a 30th bday cake for my wife on really late notice. My wife is a special woman to me and a beautiful person and mother so I really wanted to make a special cake for her but only had a few days to make it happen. I called 8 different places and was told by every one of them that they could not make

I literally just inhaled a cupcake From Ashley! I am not exaggerating at all when I say that was the ABSOLUTE BEST CUPCAKE I HAVE EVER HAD!! My grandmother was from Italy, and since I was a kid I have not had anything to rival her baking until just now. She is truly talented and skilled and an amazing pastry chef-OMG that cupcake exceeded my expectations!! WOW-just WOW 🤩

Ashley's pies/cakes are hands down the best! We're a vegan family and have ordered vegan options from all around town. This year we decided to try something new and ordered two vegan pies and a vegan cheesecake from Ashley's for Thanksgiving. First of all, the pumpkin pie was probably the best I've ever had, vegan or not. Even my 4 year old who is not a pumpkin pie fan loved it! The lemon meringue was also amazing. It's my personal favorite and Ashley's did not disappoint. The cheesecake was also amazing. Can't wait to place my Christmas order!

I ordered two cakes from Ashley . I ordered a banana and strawberry smash cake for my son’s first birthday and a cookies and cream cake for my husband’s thirtieth. I also ordered the avocado brownies . Everything was absolutely delicious !! The cakes were SO moist and yummy - all of my guests raved about them! And the brownies , especially served cold like Ashley suggested , tasted like fudge ! I would absolutely order desserts I need from Ashley again. Thank you so much!

Ashley did an absolutely FANTASTIC job on my mom’s 60th birthday cake! Having allergies to gluten, dairy, and soy, the options of an exceptionally good cake are very limited. Ashley exceeded all of my expectations by tenfold and even added the most adorable decorations to my mom’s cake! The cake tasted AMAZING, and even my dad who has no allergies was sincerely blown away by it! I’m very picky about buttercream frosting, and Ashley’s recipe is the BOMB.
