Seeing a new stylist isn't always easy, we get that! We do our best to try and take away any of the usual stress through our unique New Guest booking experience. This haircut appointment is for a first-time guest to have plenty of time for an in-depth consultation with your stylist about your goals for your style.

It always feels good to support local, small businesses, especially when you are pleased with the product, the provider and the overall experience (despite Covid 19). Ananda is no exception. The salon itself, is clean, authentic, comfortable and calming. My stylist, Stephanie, cuts my hair and my son's. She is welcoming, engaging and extremely conscientious. I highly recommend her and the company. Hint: Calling for an appointment may be more reliable than using the online booking service which sometimes shows more availability than there actually is, but don't let that stop you!

Ananda is by far the best salon I’ve ever been to! From the music they play, to the confident skilled beautiful stylists, I knew from the second I walked in that I had found my “forever hair home.” :) Every time I go I’m amazed at how talented my stylist Danielle is. She is meticulous with knowing exactly what my hair needs each time I go and I leave with it looking beautiful every time. My hair has never looked so good!!!My boys have even told me how great my hair looks and i joke with then that their mom is reverse aging!

The salon’s atmosphere is so charming and welcoming! My hair stylist, Danielle, is such a knowledgeable professional. She listens to my requests and offers advice to help me keep my hair looking its best. We always have great conversation, and she makes me feel refreshed and beautiful! I followed Pam and Danielle when they moved from the salon I had first encountered their talent to open Ananda. From the moment the doors first opened, I knew it was a special place with amazing people. I have never trusted anyone else with my hair and every time I leave the salon, I feel beautiful and like I've been with friends. Walking in, you immediately feel at home. The decor, music, offered tea (or wine); it all is icing on the talented cake. The ultimate compliment I can give Danielle is telling her strangers stop me on the street to compliment my locks. Which they do, at least once a week

This is an LA/NY tier salon right in the heart of downtown Warren. Pam and her staff are exceptional. From the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave, you will feel cared for, valued and listened to in regards to your hair and more. The stylists and staff are extremely conscientious, kind and caring. I have very hard to manage hair and Pam has worked her artists eye to give me a gorgeous cut and color that I love. My hair feels healthy and I absolutely love the cut :-)

I had a hard time deciding which local hair salon to use in the East Bay after moving into the area. After reading some reviews I decided to go with Ananda Hair and I am so happy that Michelle was selected as my stylist! Now that I have been going to her for a few years now I really appreciate her style and patience. Michelle takes the time to sit and talk with her customers and really make sure they are comfortable with what she is going to do. She loves what she does and is a true professional. I love chatting with her and she makes my time at the salon feel like a first class experience!

I don't know what took me so long to discover Ananda! The salon is really beautiful and the staff and service are first class. Stephanie has been my stylist for a few years now, and I absolutely love her - both her skill and artistry as well as her personality. My hair ends up better than I imagine it every time. And I always look forward to the visit. She also has a great touch with my children (who have been coming since they were 5 & 7). Michelle has also been wonderful with the kids, and my daughter especially loves the blue streak we get to add to her blonde from time to time!
