I own a Fiat and hence, have a lot of experience with various mechanics in town. I rarely post online reviews, but feel compelled to do so today. I highly recommend Bucaro Brothers. I’ve been going there for 10+ years. Their honesty, the quality of their work, and the level of service they provide (particularly the owner, Okan) is OUTSTANDING! I’m a single woman and don’t know much about cars... They’re transparent about the… pros and cons of both short and long term repair options, as well as cost. And their prices are reasonable. Today was the icing on the cake. I bought my car in for a minor tire and tail light repair, and Okan took care of

These guys are straight up legit. They offer HONEST diagnostics and reasonable cost repairs. I have dropped my car off for funny noises in the past and they will take a look and let me know when it is… something simple that I should be doing and don't even charge me. I have never felt like they might be taking advantage of me. They explain the work they are doing, what the parts they replace are used for and why they aren't working right. Friendly and professional staff.

An honest mechanic is worth double their weight in gold.

Where would I be without Bucaro Brothers? They helped me keep my old '98 Tracer running for a decade, and never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. They stand by their work, which is excellent, and are a total pleasure to deal with. When I bought a new used car, they helped me deal with the dealer service department getting it squared away… with a few issues that were under warranty. They are all about building long-term relationships with customers. I can't recommend them highly enough. A good mechanic is worth their weight in gold, and these guys are gold for sure.

Beyond rude, zero customer service. Had a vehicle in and was trying to get an updated time frame. They were rude and said to have to taken somewhere else. If I ever spoke to a customer the way I was spoken to I wouldn't be employed any longer. They happily sent a possibly unsafe vehicle on the road. One star is too many.
