Lydia Lin is a super star with an amazing team to back her up. She's extremely knowledgeable, patient, chill and at the same time gets things done. If you need someone who's really going to listen to your needs, find you your desired property and then (especially in this market) actually get you your property above all other offers, she's your gal. Lydia exceeded all of my expectations and I couldn't ask for anything more. I was coming from out of state and had very specific parameters in mind so it took me awhile to decide on the "right" house, but she never made me feel rushed. Over several months she helped me virtually tour homes and I felt like I could trust her opinion and intuition based on her many years of experience buying, selling, and investing in the Denver area. Once under contract, the process went smoothly and we had a relatively quick close without any roadblocks.

Lydia was very helpful for us in finding our new home in Highlands Ranch. We moved from out of state and our house hunting trip just happened to fall in the middle of a huge snow storm. That didn't stop her from hitting the pavement with us every day looking for a great house. She drove us around so we had the car rides to talk things through. Lydia was a fantastic agent, I really couldn't have asked for more. She helped me through both buying my new townhouse in Denver and selling my condo in Broomfield. She gave me great advice along the way and was great about communication throughout both processes. I'm writing this review about the luckiest perfect stranger encounter, I have experienced I have met Lydia and her staff a few times. Lydia helped my daughter and son-in-law purchase a home. I've talked with other people who have been trying to find a home. I keep hearing nightmare stories from people that homes were unavailable even with overpriced offers.
