Hi-Tech and David provided great service. I needed to get new break pads and rotors resurfaced. David did some researched and responded to my inquiry with different options (good, better, best). I appreciate the effort that went in to providing me with options and absolutely no pushy sales. My mom’s tire warning on the dash happened to turn on while we were dropping off my car and David without hesitation stopped what he was doing to take a look and helped correct the issue. Thank you!!

I bought a vehicle from Hi Tech auto sales and had a great experience. Michael was friendly, knowledgeable and made the car purchasing experience easy and comfortable. They don't have a large lot with a lot of inventory but I found the car I wanted and was treated well throughout the process. I will definitely consider buying from them again.

Great place and customer service, however, I feel the diagnostic fees should be applied to the repairs/cost if you end up going forward with service. That’s what I’m accustomed to and after calling around they had the one of the higher fees. I believe it was $130 or $150 but they were prompt with the repair. I’d still recommend them.

Brought my car in to get the center console that controls AC/heat/defrost working. They were fast and affordable. That being said, when I got my car home there was damage all around my center console from when they removed it. All the buttons stick on the center console now. There’s also damage to my driver side door handle it was never there before.

I took my car to this shop twice, and David and his team did an excellent job on replacing the leaking radiator and the cracked flex plate. They also saved me from spending thousands of dollars on unnecessary repairs and the idea of trading in my car. It was a good thing that I went to them for a second opinion. I'll be taking my car to them from now on. I highly recommend them.

Pulled into my work parking lot and my water pump went out. I looked online and they were the closest to me. Called them up, and they got my truck in right away. David was nothing but professional and helpful the entire time. He kept me updated on what was wrong, and how he was going to fix it. While looking online I was quoted well over what he charged and he even got me a better replacement part than what I originally had. This shop has definitely earned a customer for life. Make then your one stop shop. They’ll take care of you.

Fast and friendly service. I came in because my car was smelling like oil when I use my AC. David popped the hood and found that the person who did my oil change, never put the cap back on. My oil was half gone and oil was everywhere. He fill up my oil and clean the mess and made sure to have my back about letting the other business know that they screwed up.

I cannot say enough for how wonderful this place was. I called, told them my problem and got a quote that was dead on accurate. I came here to get my ecu in my BMW reprogrammed because I got my headlights replaced after my accident. My friend David Le and his family own this shop so I always like to give support to friends. My ecu couldn't be fixed because of parts issue so I wasn't charged for service so I was happy. Every service needs I always come here for help! Good shop, good peoples, 2 thumbs up!

I first went to Hi - Tech Auto Services to have my brakes and rotors replaces. They gave me a fair price. A few weeks after I had my brakes done I noticed that my Audi engine symbol was missing. They said it wasn't them and that it could have fallen off, but I hadn't taken it anywhere and gave them the benefit of a doubt. A few months ago my chain skipped causing the pistons to go into the valves. They said I needed a new engine. I requested getting a used one from a totaled car.
