Your brows and skin are cleansed with witch hazel, brows are trimmed and waxed with a natural, locally made hard wax. We also use an ice roller if the skin becomes inflamed - it helps with residual redness and irritation.

Love it here!!!! Jenna mainly does my color but sometimes Nicole does it too. And both are fantastic!! Jenna blew out my insanely thick curly hair perfectly sleek and i think she’s created a monster because now I want her to blow out my hair weekly!!!!! You can’t go wrong coming here.

Had my hair done by Nicole and couldn't be happier. She is so nice and easy to talk to, it made it an enjoyable and relaxing experience. Nicole truly listened to what I was looking for and then offered her own professional advice and a nice way. I ended up with a haircut that I absolutely love! I am big in customer service and everyone working there seemed wonderful. I also enjoyed going to get my hair done and not hearing a lot of chatty gossip. It added to the relaxation!

I absolutely love De Anza! Every person working here is so warm and friendly and I always look forward to my appointments. Jenna has been doing my hair for years and I can’t imagine trusting anyone more. She always listens to what I want and isn’t afraid to tell me what will and won’t work. Manicures are flawless and pedicures are luxurious, right down to the floating rose pedals and hot paraffin. Suzanne and her staff could not be more accommodating, professional, and friendly.
Last week I had a keratin treatment with Nicole and I couldn’t be happier. Facials are superb.
Make an appointment for anything they offer and you won’t be disappointed. Any day that includes a De Anza service is a good day.

Alyssa is amazing. She helped me transition from dyed brown hair to my natural silver/white color in just two visits. I couldn't be happier with the color, the condition of my hair, and the ease of the transition. For years I've been researching the process and seeking a stylist who would help me take the plunge. Other local stylists and color specialists on Newbury St told me I'd look old, I'd ruin my hair, and that I should stick to caramel highlights. I went in and the place is cute. I landed in Jenna’s chair and she is AMAZING; in fact, everyone at the salon is super nice! I went in with dark brown hair wanting to go blonde. Jenna explained the process and how it would take a few visits but it was so worth the wait! Super knowledgeable and they really care about doing things the right way- great spot and definitely cheaper than Boston!

I've been getting my hair done by Alyssa for about 10 years! She gets my color and cut perfect every time. I've always had great services and outcomes from everyone at the shop. Great brows, nails as well as hair. I'm a loyal customer even though I moved and it is no longer as convenient, it is worth the drive.

I just moved to the area and checked on Yelp to find a salon to go to. I have short hair with a little buzz and I wanted to go to a salon that liked doing fun short hair cuts and also fun colors. I was impressed with the review of De Anza on this site and then checked their Instagram account and was happy to see short hair as well as long, and some great coloring jobs. I made an appointment for Alyssa - we discussed what I was looking for (which I wasn't sure other than a little different from how I have been getting it cut) and she took her time with me. I walked out very happy with my haircut

Lauren did a cut and color for me a few weeks ago. I love the color and the cut was a huge change (exactly what I asked for) that took me a few days of doing it to get used to.....but now I like it! Hubby bought me a GC for the holidays. Got my hair done (roots and all). Got a basic mani/pedi (not gel) and a wax. I will honestly say I felt more pampered than you can imagine. I've told my hubby I'm done with "saving a buck" and that I'm going here from now on. Turns out my stylist works PT there and PT on Newbury Street. So, I got Newbury Street service for more local prices. Again, if you're looking for someplace in the "middle of the action" you're not going to find it here. However, isn't a day at the spa supposed to be away from all of that

Wonderful salon! Beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. The customer service is outstanding. All of the stylists are very talented and knowledgeable. I saw Alyssa for my cut and style. This was my first time at the salon, and she gave me a tour of the salon and fixed me a cup of coffee to enjoy while she finished her client. As I was early for my appointment, I enjoyed the relaxing time. She took her time consulting about what I would like and she gave me a great cut and style. My husband who rarely comments on my hair, noticed the new style immediately and he loved it. I love my new cut,

I visited here to have a mani, pedi and hair color. I really enjoyed my services. My favorite was the pedicure, it was in a really cool private room that was very tranquil and relaxing. The salon is cozy and everyone was very friendly. It's not a store front so it was a bit confusing to find it at first, but once find the office building and correct entrance it's easy. I'll definitely go back.

I had a very good experience at this salon! Alyssa was very knowledgeable and I left just loving my hair, which I wanted a little more trendy/edgy than it had been. I'm very happy with both the color color and cut! Plus, GREAT customer service. She really listened to me, then offered me good ideas, and carried out exactly what we decided upon. I have fine hair that can be hard to work with and I left so pleased, I'm going back in a week for some additional services.

I tried this salon today for the first time. I had a coupme voucher to use for a cut/color and manicure. The salon is very cozy and inviting. My manicure was with Suzanne and she was great. I haven't had a manicure in a very long time and really enjoyed my treatement. Alyssa was my stylist and she was also very sweet and quite knowledgeable. I couldn't decide what color to go with and she really helped me pick the best shade to suit my skin tone. I am very pleased with the results. I will try the spa pedicure next, it sounds lovely! Definitely check out this salon, its tucked
