Why are my lashes falling off? The assumption of damaging your own lashes due to eyelash extensions is false. Just like the hair on your scalp, the physiology of our eyelashes are the same in that they too have a life cycle. There are 4 phases of the life cycle beginning with Anagen (the growth phase), Categen (transition phase), Telogen (Resting phase) and Return to Anagen (shedding and re-growth).

Personable, kind, and welcoming. Jessica and her team of sweet and extremely efficient and talented artistic are there to make my flat, tiny lashes into beautiful ones that last for weeks. I’ve been to lot of lash places thanks to gilt coupons, But i haven’t strayed since finding this gem. Flair lashes put customers first - quality, care, personal touch - that is lost in many places Of business. Jessica loves her work and her clients. I went to Flair after the Covid ban was lift was lifted, and her place was careful, immaculate, and clean and I received my usual top services.

I had such an amazing experience with Flair. They met all my expectations and more! I live in Boston but traveled to NY just to have my lashes done here, and it was so worth it.
Jessica is so intuitive at what she does and recommended a set for me that was natural but still very glam. The aesthetician that applied my lashes was gentle and very attentive and I fell asleep during the process and woke up to beautiful new lashes.

Jessica and her team are amazing! Jessica is very honest and kind. She takes time to look at your lashes and tells you how much she thinks your lashes can handle. She only does one lash application, because they stress your real lashes less. This is why when they eventually fall out, your real lashes don't fall out as well (which happens to me when I go to other places)! *****UPDATE 06/14/17**** As previously stated Jessica called me right after my original review went up. She apologized profusely and offered to rectify the situation by having me come back for another set free of charge. The second set was perfect and they have lasted well over two weeks. Jessica was very helpful in helping me select not only a style that was perfect for my eye shape but lashes that would last longer and less prone to quick fallout. She's wonderful and I thank her so much for reaching out to me to fix the situation. 5 stars for great customer service and good service overall

I'm very shocked to see that every review on Flair is 5 stars, it's slightly hard to believe . I have been hesitant to even write a review but now after seeing how my lashes have not lasted and the aftermath of my appointment I felt the need was appropriate.
I have gotten lashes for over two years and have never experienced pain like I did after getting a natural set at Flair. I had so much glue in both of my eyes that the bottom of both of my eyes were unbelievably bloodshot & felt like I cried for 3 days straight. It was very noticeable as my friend asked me what was wrong multiple

Went today for the first time and could not have had a better experience! Jessica took so much time before and after my appointment to provide guidance and answer my many questions. I absolutely love the look and will definitely be going back.

After getting my lashes done elsewhere, I walked into Jessica's Flair with crusty (fake) lashes and teary eyes in the mornings. Little did I know that there was the proper way to apply extensions (Flair's) and the wrong way! I learned that I must've had an allergic reaction to the glue used at the previous salon, which is why I had those earlier symptoms. I made an appointment after seeing the amazing eyelashes of my coworker. I initially had an appointment for 5:30PM, but ended up having an important call that took place until around 5:45PM.
