Over the past almost 10 years, I have brought all of my German cars here for their service. Two Mercedes and a BMW later, this is still the only shop I will bring my cars to for maintenance. The pricing is fair, the service is great, the communication is clear. Not once have I been sold unnecessary work or a "surprise" bill total. 100% will always recommend! Unless you LIKE to pay 2x-3x more at the dealership, that is.

Bottom Line Up Front- European Autowerks is a solid business with a well-honed check-in process, highly trained vehicle specific mechanics, and strong ties to the local community. If you are looking for a $19.99 oil change then this is not the place for you, but if you are wanting to get your Porsche, BMW, Mercedes, Jaguar, etc. serviced by a well-trained staff that knows that they are doing and will treat your car like its their own then this is the place. I brought my 2002 Porsche Boxster S in for an oil change, coolant flush, and new front brakes and they did a fantastic job using OEM products

I arrived at 10 minutes to 8 am and saw people in the back of the shop. The office door was open, the man inside told me to come back at 8 when the service desk was open. I did, and he was still standing there and wondered why he felt comfortable making me waste 10 minutes, so wanted to know who he was... The OWNER. I brought in my Porsche for the first time to EA to have the 40,000 mile maintenance done, I was impressed with the quality of work and very competitive pricing. I was hoping that I would find a local company for my car servicing and was extremely pleased that EA did such a great job. My repair work was double checked by a mechanic friend who approved. My car was returned faster than I anticipated and had been nicely washed at a top local car wash. I'm a new Mercedes-Benz owner and didn't want take it to the Mercedes Dealership. I was very pleased with the work done on my car. When my car was finished, they even offered to wash it. On May 13, 2021 we brought our 2008 Jaguar Vanden Plas to European-AutoWerks for the reason of correcting the CATS system fault. They had the car for three weeks, returning it to us with more problems than it had when we left it with them.
They replaced a connector to one of the struts, causing the CATS system fault code to go away. Their inspection of the rest of the car revealed a "severely" leaking rack and pinion. This was approved by us for replacing. These two repairs cost us over $2200.

Mini with 146k miles on it , mostly @ dealer but well maintained , lost its AC cool and had a couple random mileage related issues.
2 LA dealer's recommended replacing the main AC unit and several brake items that seemed wrong and super expensive given its service history.. went to scott@ EA and he ran a comprehensive Mini diagnostic. Gave me a good summary of what to do and charged the AC up with some freon and dye to check for leaks and said drive it for 500 miles and then come back.. got it back in a day , great price and responsive service .....i could chill a beverage in there now

Called in to have the company diagnose why my XK8 Jag would not complete the Catalytic converter drive cycle, I even took in the relevant page of the workshop manual in case they didn't have one! They laughed at my workshop manual page and claimed they did not need it! After hundreds of dollars and three days later they claimed that computer parts were compromised and that parts would have to be sent to Massachusetts for re-manufacture, Unfortunately the re-manufacturer had been shut down by the Sheriffs dept. I own a BMW 5 series that recently started having issues shortly after my extended warranty expired. I had been a stickler with only taking my car to the dealership for all work. I selected this shop because of the great reviews and not wanting to trust my car with just anyone but I am highly disappointed.

Great customer service every time. I've taken my Land Rover here a few times to repair damage from rodents. They are very professional and always call with updates on my vehicle. Pricing is very reasonable in comparison to dealer prices and I've been happy every time I've been back to pick up my vehicle.
I am only giving 4 stars because there was one incident where the wires were possible hooked up incorrectly and my washer fluid didn't work on the front windshield. It was corrected as soon as I brought it to their attention though and works great now.
