We politely ask you to join us in helping those who cannot help themselves during these truly uncertain times. In an ongoing effort, Fath Properties will be partnering with a local charity to provide help to the members of our community who need it most. We will be collecting items in a bin located in our Leasing Office.
We are here to assist you in your apartment home search. We are offering guided, self-guided and virtual tours. A self-guided tour allows you to visit the community and view an apartment home with assistance from a team member via telephone call. We also offer virtual tours in which our teams can walk you through availability, photos, floorplans and more online or through a live video call.
Our Apartment has provided us a home where we have our personal space away from all noise. The Management, Maintenance personel have been amazing. All maintenance issues have been taken care at a high priority.

NOT IMPRESSED! If I could give zero stars, I would. I made an online reservation to tour a one bedroom with garage. Received an automated response that someone from the office would contact me to confirm. Ten days went by and I got no response even though I left multiple voice mails (no one answers the phone) and emails. Finally I got a hold of someone an hour before my appointment time. The woman was very short with me, but said my appointment was confirmed. When I arrived, I was told there were no units with garages and there are no garages/carports to rent and that there usually aren't. So even

The Santuary at Fishers is an apartment community like no other! My wife and I have had a great experience here since the beginning. It’s a beautiful community to walk in, with beautiful and mature trees and landscaping. We walk our dog A LOT and the beautiful surroundings plus the large dog park areas make it perfect for people who have canine children like we do. Be sure to ask for Ashley Kello when checking out The Santuary at Fishers she has been wonderful and always attentive… even recently helping my wife carry 2 VERY LARGE parcel boxes up to our apartment while I was working. I have lived here for 9 years and enjoy the silence of the apartments and the location that is near many businesses that are often used. The apartments are also in a location to easily access main thoroughfares in Indiana making living and working easy. The only reason why not 5 stars is that the amenities and snow removal crew lately have not lived up to expectations though in the past they were a bit better. With COVID-19, they did work to protect residents, however, restrictions seemed a bit extreme at times in lieu of the relative risk. Occasionally, the staff have forgotten or ignored maintenance

My honest review is probably a 4.5 out of 5 stars, but google doesn't let me do that lol. We love this apartment complex. We've lived here about 18 months now. The grounds are beautiful, the staff is kind and helpful, the units are spacious, the community is friendly and the price is reasonable. One of my favorite things about this complex is that maintenance has always been respectful of our home, especially Eric and Jake. We've also recently had a wonderful experience with Jessica from the front office. If there's a problem they can fix, they will. My only complaint (which is hard for the complex

Unfortunately, we should have listened to all the negative comments about this complex before moving in. The office and maintenance do not tend to items in a timely manner at all. We almost moved out in the first 30 days because maintenance did not attend to ANY of the items on our move in check list for 2+ weeks. Shower was stopped up, restroom sink had no water pressure, light wasn’t operating, dishwasher wasn’t installed properly, and more. I guess with enough complaining it got to the desk of the right person and it those items were taken care of. In the 4 months we’ve lived here our

If I could give it less than 1 star, I would. Management is rude and unhelpful. They don’t care about your problems and they’ll tell you so. Don’t expect snow to be removed after 14 inch downfall we were stuck in multiple days last year. Just all around full of problems and totally not worth the prices they want. Constantly added fees on to our rent for things that didn’t apply (charged us for not having renters insurance after confirming with them in writing that we had it).

This place is wonderful! With that said, the apartments are mature, but meticulously maintained. If something isn't working - maintenance is working on the problem.
The grounds are great. Personally, I don't like walking, but the way this facility is laid out - walking is a joy. I can take a short, medium or long walk. The pool is clean and the temperature is comfortable. I really enjoy using the complimentary gas grills spread out through the facility.
The office staff is professional and responsive.
