During your initial visit, one of our medical professionals will conduct a comprehensive health assessment and a full lab panel will be drawn.
Based on information provided at initial visit and lab results, your provider will then create a personalized testosterone replacement plan. Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) will consist of weekly in office injections at one of our 6 locations. Routine bloodwork will be drawn once TRT has been initiated and closely monitored by a provider to optimize therapy.

I had a good experience until my last appointment. I asked the doctor about alternate treatments that they dont provide, and she either didn't know about them, which is what she told me, or didn't want me going anywhere else. So she's either not knowledgable about her speciality, or not ethical.

I originally only came here for Testosterone treatment. I knew my levels were low, and had my Family care doctor at the time check. I was right. Not being a expert on Testosterone therapy she put me on a program that was actually making my levels go even lower. I was referred to Men's Vitality Center by a friend of a friend. From the first visit I was convinced they knew what they were doing. Besides my T-levels they did a complete blood work up, more inclusive than my regular doctor ever did. I got more info on my overall health from tests from my very first visit than ever before. FNP-C

I came in today to find out that they have been billing my insurance incorrectly for over a year.... Per their billing person Cigna changed their qualifications before may 2019 and they didn't know until now.......
I can't believe their billing and coding team is that far behind.

I use Men's Vitality Center and its physicians for my primary care and have received good, comprehensive, and thorough care over the years from Michelle, then Kelvin, and now Christina and Theresa. The practice has struggled a bit with continuity of care, but I think that will improve now that Christina and Theresa are the new providers. Both are Nurse Practitioner's and are personable, caring, and knowledgeable. They are not so quick to throw a pill at your problem, but instead work with you to determine the cause of an illness and the best method of treatment. I have always been able to book

I started going to the Men's Vitality Center in Tempe for treatment of chronically low testosterone over a year ago. I've since made the location my primary point of contact for all non emergency medicine and care. After more than fifty weekly visits I can't come up with anything negative to say about the Center. The staff is excellent. The phlebotomists are professional and courteous and I am amazed at how much knowledge and care the P.A.'s provide. Mens Vitality Center is fantastic. Moving back to Arizona and finding a reliable, honest doctor was beginning to be a problem for my back and associated pain. The problem was more than resolved with Mens Vitality Center. They not only have a super frinendly staff, but Charlene took charge and worked out a plan for me that has been working wonders. I went to Mens vitality center due to lack of energy and excess weight gain. I found out my testosterone levels were around 100 should be at a 700 or a thousand . I started my injections and not soon after with new energy I lost 25 pounds and I feel so much better. They basically took over my Primary Dr’s role and handle everything now. I am very pleased with this facility here in Tempe.

I have been a patient of Men's Vitality for multiple years now & every interaction has been excellent. Men's Vitality is not a "Testosterone Clinic", I have used this location as my PCP for more than 4 years. I have seen Brandon Buzan since i started here, he is very knowledgable, nice, very patient, & has an overall excellent bed side manner. The office staff is amazing, they are polite & very professional. I had an issue recently with a scheduled appointment that was partly my fault, mostly a misunderstanding. All fault aside it got corrected in a very satisfying

They do not provide complete HRT services. Checked my T levels and guess what? They were low! Signed up for weekly T replacement injections and felt great right away but after a while I felt worse then before I started. I did my own research and found out that TRT / HRT is multi faceted. Total T, Free T, E2, Thyroid all play a part in our well being. Do a web search and take a look. Anyway, I felt like **** and after ordering my own blood work my E2 was 90 (20 to 30 is optimal). Having had over 10 Knee surgeries and multiple procedures related to everything from car accidents, being crushed by 2 tons of drywall or falling off the side of mountain you can imagine how much contact I've had with people in the medical field. I can honestly tell you that the staff at this office are some of the best I've ever come across! Dr Buzan has been nothing short of life changing for a man like me. I've never had a Dr listen, react, teach,care and most of all actually help me, more than Dr. Buzan. Anyone who has the good fortune to be able to call him "my Doctor"
