Our mission is to help people get in to be seen by a medical provider when they need to. Period. We do this by offering one-time clinic visits or by offering a monthly membership plan that allows you to contact us directly and saves you money. Vaccines help your body learn how to fight against that particular disease, so that if you were to be exposed to it your body can fight it off easily. Before we had vaccines, people would get sick with the disease and when their immune system fought it off they were able to fight it off more easily, vaccines are easier and with less risk.

Absolutely amazing personalized care. Kalin truly cares for her patients and it shows. This place reminds me of a time past where your doctor was in a way apart of your family. Kalin takes the time to get to know you and understand individually what you need. Not only are they amazing with the elderly but also with extremely competitive athletes. I personally compete in bench press and hold a world record and she treats me with the same attention and consideration as everyone else. I go to her for everything and truly recommend her to anyone who needs or wants care truly above anything you expect

My family became members with Surprise Care upon my release of a hospital stay about 2 years ago now. I've been nothing but impressed by Kalin Harding! She has been absolutely wonderful. While I do carry medical insurance through my job, it is worth every single penny for me to subscribe to her services. I no longer have to go into a doctors office to be ignored by the doctor. With Kalin, I get her full attention, true care for my health issues and she genuinely listens to help find the root cause of my issues to treat them. Kalin Harding Is one of the most honest, caring, and devoted doctors I know. I had a everyday struggle with my birth control and Mrs. Harding was the only doctor that would take me in immediately, she really understands what you are going through and your goals. I love coming here and i have finally found someone who understands me! Also the front office lady I believe is her mom is delightful, she's a huge help with payments and appointments. I love that it's ran by her family also, it's truly an honor to be one of her patients.

I cannot put into words what a life changing experience Surprise Care has been for us! We went 2 years without insurance when our employer stopped offering it. That meant expensive ER visits if our littles has an ear infection etc and dealing with expensive office visits with doctors who didn’t know is or care. Surprise Care is amazing! Kalin really saved my life. I had went to see Kalin after battling COVID for 12 days and I was only getting worse. I had experienced every COVID symptom and I was only getting weaker. Kalin got me in quickly the next morning, prescribed some medications and had me do some breathing treatments. I immediately started to feel better within a day! She really is professional, honest, and really wants to help people. I will continue going to see her for my medical needs. I did the CPR test due to travel matters at the Surprise Care PLLC, It was complicated because the airlines requires the test to be done within the last 48 hours, plus the results takes up to 48 hours, but with the Surprise Care PLLC it only took 24 hours, and they emailed me the results after business hours. The stuff are the best people I have ever dealt with. Thank you

Last week two doctors suggested I get tested for COVID-19. Friends had been to this practice for the tests the day before and recommended it. Walk-ins are accepted and my husband and I were able to get in within the hour. Kalin Harding, NP, is knowledgeable and quite delightful. This is primarily a concierge-medicine clinic, but we did not have to be members for the tests. Surprise Clinic does not take insurance, and we paid $20 per person for the for the blood test that measures both antibodies and antigens and provides rapid results. Surprise Care is wonderful! Top notch care with an excellent provider, giving you true treatment, listening to what you need and your symptoms. Kalin knows her stuff and treats her patients with utmost respect. I have visited Kalin multiple times for different needs and have brought my children to see her too, and refer others to her often.
