My (now) husband and I enjoyed our time here. The manager, Angi O. was great in working with us when it was time to move. And we got our deposit back, in full! I lived in 2 different units during our stay there - only because our first unit had a brick wall right outside and that ended up blocking way too much light for me due to the fact that I have seasonal depression. But they made it easy for us to switch units, and we were very happy in the 2nd unit that had a nice, sunny view from the balcony. Both units were clean, functional, and very comfortable. Never had an issue with anything at all

I’ve been very disappointed with this complex since day 1. I moved from out of state so I was not able to walk my apartment before moving in. They tried to give me an apartment that wreaked of cigarettes. They never apologized only made up excuses about it. Then because I refused that apartment I had to pay more for a different one. I got screwed because I had to start a job and had no other options and they took advantage. Maintenance takes forever. Cabinet baseboards are literally held together by packing tape. The cabinets are all stained and scratched. Every light fixture and the blinds are

Maintenance is wonderful and super friendly, your issue will be fixed the next day! Angi was lovely always so helpful, loveeee her!! Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Decent gym, nice pool and great firepit. Moving to CA but if we ever decide to move back we will consider Almaville Farms 💖

I wouldn’t recommend living here to a homeless person. For the price that you pay the appliances are outdated. Upkeep has declined on the premises. The trash compactor is always broke. Their tenants have no understanding of appropriate noise levels and the office and their courtesy officer (the first time I called him to address an issue he told me to go down and have a drink and listen to the music my neighbor had blasted. The reason why I called him is my daughter has been diagnosed with migraines and was sleeping but apparently he doesn’t take his duties seriously)and the property management

My family has lived at Almaville Farms for a while now, and I cannot say anything but positive things! The complex is clean, quiet, well-kept, and friendly. Angie and Suzy do an AMAZING job of handling any issues that come up, and they really go above and beyond to keep things planned for the residents. Both ladies are so kind and really work to foster a sense of community. We love living at Almaville Farms, and I would highly recommend it as a great place to call home!

I moved in Jan 2016 and had no issues up until April 2017. Moving from Antioch I decided that the $1200 was well worth it because the subdivision and apt community was quiet. Fast forward to April this year the office hires someone new and she moves in upstairs with her 2 year old toddler.
