When i called other agents, no one returned my call after hours or even during work hours. i called Meridith at 8:30 on a saturday night and left a message. she called back 3 minutes later apologizing that she was having some dessert lol. i asked her to look into a property and the next day we had an accepted offer. anything i do in central oregon will only be with her. shes not lazy like most real estate people these days. thanks Meridith

It's true! Stephen and his team are at the top of real estate professionals in the NW - if not #1. I know of and have worked with several realtors in the past -but this team is different. They sold a somewhat difficult and aging property very smoothly, professionally and without any stress. They negotiated repair issues fairly and closed with me the seller out of the country in record time. I am totally impressed with Stephen & company and will use them again. Stephen has an excellent marketing program and spends a ton of money on advertising across several real estate websites. Coupled with hosting open houses every week until the home is sold, it's hard to imagine another agent driving as much interest to your property. We had a wonderful experience working with Kim Woodhouse and Jennifer Tangvald. Kim led us confidently through getting us on the market. She was extremely responsive, provided comps, and extremely patient and knowledgeable in the pricing process. I am dismayed by and skeptical of the 5-star reviews. This agency listed my home for 6 months last year. Their efforts were marginal at best. My agent was slow to respond to my calls and emails. The photography was fine. The property description was uninspired and when I suggested changes they were defensive. They were late for their own open houses and only put out one or two signs - they literally could not have put less effort into them. Working with the Fremont Team (Jermey & Jennifer) they can turn a house over for sell in less then a week; even with a few initial fumbles with photos and appointments...
...once the listing was live things were very quite except for a dozen showings and automated email feedback which doesn't provide any personal agent outreach so the feedback is mediocre at best.

Stephen's group guided me through a difficult sale. The buyer had many problems and their original financial arrangements completely collapsed. There were four postponements to closing. Fortunately, Stephen's group had a mortgage group that managed to get the sale financed. Both Stephen and the buyer's agents took cuts to their commissions to make the sale happen. However, I was able to sell it at the same price without any cuts to my price. I will start this by saying: we didn't actually work with the FitMaurice team. No, we were disappointed before then. We reached out because we are starting the process of selling a home in one state and buying in PDX. I sent them a message and was contacted by 3 people almost immediately-which made it confusing whom I should contact back. I found them here, sent an email, and had a call within 10 minutes. My quirky, lovely little house had some challenges. It was small, had an odd layout, no yard to speak of, and to top it all off, I no longer lived in the area. Great experience with this company while selling our first home. Kim Woodhouse was our realtor and she made a very stressful process much easier. She was friendly and upbeat, yet honest and to the point. She helped us maneuver through the multiple hurdles inherent in selling an older home. Her team was professional and quick to respond to any questions. We sold quickly and for well over our asking price. They take a lower percentage realtor fee, but I never felt that I was receiving a discounted level of service. Would highly recommend.
