I just moved out of my apartment managed by DeRose & Appelbaum and wanted to give them a shoutout. They were an incredible company to work with throughout my time with them. Nasty disposition Office manager Sean. I called inquiring about office space for a new business i would be needing space for. Before i could get into detail about the space available i was quickly shutdown by the office manager Sean who told me immediately Oh this would be to large for what your looking for without even knowing what i was looking for. I first met Santino when he was the broker representing the owner of a building I rented a space from. He was kind, available and super easy to work with.

Fast forward a yearish later. I needed to rent an additional space. I reached out to Santino to see if he would help me find a new space. A week later in walked my savior, Shannon Mackey, a broker at his business.

This landlord brought our rent controlled building and attempted to kick everyone out! He is unprincipled, rude and racist. He wants to increase out rent by $400! shame!
