I interviewed about four companies and went with ASB as James who came out to look over the project was 100% honest with me about what can be done. He and his crew came back a couple of times to evaluate and I am so pleased how they did the job. James really took the time to evaluate my problem and explained how and why he would be having the crew do it. My cellar/basement area has never been without water and thank goodness I can see the dirt floor now. I sure wouldn't want to get under a house and jackhammer and do what they do. Great group of men!

If you’re going to spend $14,000 plus for a basement that is not supposed to leak…you’d expect it to work right? Well after they finally finished the job water began to seep through the concrete that they had set over the supposed “drain” pipe they installed. They would only work two-three hours at a time and then be gone for the day and it prolonged the project much longer than it needed to be. Concrete was poured rather sloppy. They hacked up my walls costing me more money to fix. Concrete is already cracking in places and it shouldn’t be. Trenches weren’t dug deep enough in my opinion and enough concrete poured. Large gaps between the tracks system and the walls. Good thing is I haven’t had any water in the basement since they did the job but I feel for the price I paid a better job could have been done especially for spending a week at my house. Only worked a few hours at a time. Showed up at 10:30-11 and were gone by 2 most days.

Great experience from beginning to end. We needed foundation work done in our crawlspace. Think multiple steel beams and shim work around the perimeter of the entire space. We also wanted to have some moisture issues addressed (new sump, additional humidifier, total encapsulation) before installing hardwood floors. Yikes it was expensive; it would have been pricey regardless of who we used. That being the case, I think we found the *best* repair team in the state. We had a pump install with American Basement Solutions. Work was most efficient, cost effective & performed in a timely manner. The pumps they use are the best in performance. This is not the first time we have used American Basement Solutions. Several years ago we had a serious basement need and Am Basement Solutions came to our rescue. ABS is top notch! Job completed as of 6/12/2019, downtown Indianapolis - Historic Neighborhood/House. Crawl space repair: Replaced 9x Piers, removed debris (house built in 1886 so there was quite a bit of 'extras' in my crawl space) Access door relocated, and walls/floor sealed. Communication was clear throughout the entire process from FREE onsite inspection/quote (by the owner of ABS), scheduling, and completion. I had a gentleman show up to inspect the project. After eight days had passed with no repair quote, I called their office to ask about the quote's status. The lady that answered took my contact information and said someone would get back with me. It's now been an additional nine days and I still don't have a quote.
I told the gentleman from the beginning it would be a big job and that if it was too much for them to handle or beyond their ability, just let me know. He said that job was something they could handle, but he obviously had second thoughts because they've shown zero interest in working
