Brian from Bone Dry came to my house to help me with solving a problem with water in my basement. He noticed my sump pump wasn't working right and that somehow it had come unplugged! I was happy to solve the problem and that he didn't try to sell me any additional services until we see if this fixes the issue. So nice to have honesty in this day and age!

I just moved in a few months ago. I called asked for an inspection of my sunroom. It was slanted, and I was worried there might be something going on with the foundation. Turns out it was just converted from a deck many years ago. Apparently, tax used to be made so much planned it so that the water would roll off. I had no idea. The employee that came out to my property was very honest about what he saw and told me that everything was fine. I love companies that have integrity. Should I ever need services for my foundation or basement, I will definitely call them.

Called Bone Dry and got an immediate response and an estimator out very quickly. Estimator was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. We actually scheduled a lot earlier than we originally thought which was perfect. Will and his crew showed up and were 100% professional and knocked out the water proofing. Will kept me informed through the process. And as a bonus they listened to some good music! I would highly recommend you give them a call.

Jeff Fenush and Roger Mullins BOTH did an amazing job at our home. We had an exterior & interior drainage system installed, two basement egress windows installed, 6 steel beams set and all cracks sealed. Jeff and Roger had a large crew at our home and all were respectful good working guys. Work was completed very quickly and looks amazing. Any issues that popped up while work was going on were quick to be fixed. My wife and I are very satisfied with their work and will be keeping in contact with Bone Dry should we ever need future assistance.

We had water leaks in our basement. We didn't know what to do. We knew it was going to cost thousands to repair. We didn't have that kind of money. So, I tried the big box store repair. It lasted for awhile, then the big rains started. Down hearted, we seen the water flowing again, the little rivers were back. We finally gave up and called Bone-Dry. Jeff came out and gave us a free estimate. He was professional and great to work with. He gave us a quote that totally amazed us, it fell within a budget that was affordable! Will and Jeff came out on a Saturday to look over some issues I was having with my system. After a few minutes of talking the issues over with them they checked all of my system and suggested a cost effective and simple solution to my water issue. We had a small amount of water coming into the basement and had quotes from two companies. Bone Dry showed a real attention to detail and a long term solution vs a quick fix. When they came to do the work, they were very punctual. Will, the project lead, was at our house early, got his team going and delivered a full basement in two days. My husband & I are builder/owner of new home currently under construction. During this year’s epic rain, water seeped into finished basement. Bone Dry water-proofed my basement years ago and I never had a problems. But I had a "handyman" install an egress window and well for me after that and it was nothing but problems!
The only solution was to have Bone Dry removed the old and install new. I knew this time it would be done right!
Now I am anxiously looking forward to a heavy rainstorm that I will finally be able to enjoy without the worry of a river running through my basement.
Everyone who worked on this project did such a great job that I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Made an appointment for 8:00 in the morning. The day before they even called back to confirm the appointment so all is good right?
WRONG! When they had not arrived by 8:15 I called and left and told them no one had come. They said someone would call me back shortly. That was at 8:15. It's now 10:00 and nothing from them.
If this is how they treat me to get a quote I can't imagine their service is any better to actually do the work. BUYER BEWARE!!!
