Could not ask for much more from the foreman Kyle and his crew Michael, jimmy, Carlos, Zack, nick, and Jeff... They worked extremely hard even through the ice storm.... Kyle keep me and the wife in the loop every day and answered every question we had... we changed things up a little the first day and Kyle and his crew made it happen with zero complaints and top notch work...they done a great job cleaning up inside and out.... our 3 egress windows that was put in under a porch made things tougher than normal with a lot of hand digging and jack hammering and they made it look easy and simple...

If you need a contractor who is responsive via email and text Benton is it. If you need a contractor who takes their time to show / teach you about the work they do.... Ross is it. If you want a contractor who cleans up after themselves and treats your home like their own...Kyle is it. I just had an egress window installed by Kyle, Jeff and Zach. They were efficient, professional and very pleasant to deal with. The job was done really well and exactly as it had been described to me. Also, of the companies I contacted, Leak Shield was the quickest to respond, had the best warranty (lifetime) and added important services like removing the huge pile of dirt that was dug up to make room for the window. Other companies didn't include that in their service. I'm very happy with the final product and with the service I received.

I had a horrible experience with this company and was completely taken advantage of. My basement in one of my rental houses sprung a leak during heavy rain and this company was recommended to me thru a friend of my husbands. The area they "patched" was not the source of where the leak was and on the next heavy rain my basement had heavy water coming in. To top off the shoddy work after the repair, they neglected to plug my sump pump back in which caused an overflow of water in my basement bathroom. What a nightmare.

We hired Leak Shield Pro to install an egress window in our basement to provide an emergency exit for our daughter's bedroom. Benton came out immediately after I contacted him and gave a detailed estimate. We discussed next steps which included calling "before you dig". After marking our yard, we realized our gas line was in the way of the window. Once Benton found this out, he took the steps to contact LG&E and worked with them get get our line moved without costing us a dime! Window installation went well and it looks wonderful. I would strongly recommend this business.

I would NOT hire them for mold remediation. They have had to do it twice. And now I am smelling mold again and they have not been out to even look at it even though it is guaranteed for 10 years and it has been 6 months.
They missed some spots of the encapsulation found by the heating people. They disconnected the heating ducts and then tried to fix it with screws and so spreading dirt and dryer dust through my home for a month until I figured out what happened.

Leak shield water proofed my grandmother’s basement and did a fantastic job. They were professional, efficient, and took good care of her property during the job. We bought a house back in February of 2019. It wasn't caught during inspection we had a leak under the first floor. We did research and my wife found leak shield. Called them for a quote and it was a lot more reasonable than the other places we called. The foreman that was sent to our house was thorough and his crew was quick and effective. They showed pictures of the crawl space before and after. Reasonably priced. I recommend them to anyone who is in need of their services

This is the absolute best interaction I’ve ever had with a contractor by far. They did exactly what they said they would do down to a T which is rare. The crew and their supervisor really took pride in executing the job properly. No company is perfect but being in the design consulting business over 10+ years I’ve seen the details of a job promised many times with contractors failing to execute these details to save time, money or simply because they could care less about the integrity of their work at the ground level. We had a big job with one of our rental houses. It involved the structure integrity. We looked at several options and selected Leak Shield Pro to do the job. When it was time to start, Benton, the owner, just dropped off the face of the Earth. He wouldn't answer our texts, calls to his mobile or messages left at the office. We tried for 2 weeks because we had invested so much time in meeting and planning. It was very unprofessional and just wierd. No explanation whatsoever. Extremely impressed with the timeliness and quality of their work. I suspected that my apartment had a mold issue -- to what extent, I was not sure.
