Services
Interior drains are the most effective form of removing water from your home. Here's how it all works. A perforated drain pipe is installed inside of the perimeter of the basement flooring. To do so, we must remove and replace the concrete at the slab edge. Putting the pipe beneath the slab allows the area to drain to a lower level and to a sump pump.

Mike Durham was very responsive to the special requirements we had for a waterproofing and sump pump installation project. This was done in a doctors office. They were very attentive to dust control and cleanliness. They did an excellent job. They also found a special sump pump to meet our requirements. I'm very glad we chose them and would use them again

This was the second time I used Highland. The first was full basement waterproofing 19 years ago. Based on the success of that . I called again when we were getting water in our garage. I assumed it would be a more expansive French drain again. Nope! I was wrong. $600 easy fix.. just needed sealing. So grateful that they are an honest company with nice workers who only sell you what you need!
I also, thought my job 19 years ago was fairly priced for the level of work it was.

I can’t say enough about Highland’s work. They did a tremendous job. We had had a problem for years with water in the basement and the resultant mold. Finally, we felt enough was enough and decided to look for a waterproofing company. We were impressed by the reviews for Highland and decided to go with them. The 2-day job and result were exactly as they said it would be. The men were incredibly efficient and the finished product was, really, a thing of beauty. Also, the final price was just as quoted. We’ve had plenty of rain in the month since the work was done and not a drop in the basement

Highland came out and gave us a free estimate. I chose them to waterproof our entire basement. We covered alk the items we left in the basement per our agreement. They removed the paneling for a fee. The guys showed up on time. They were very respectful of our home. They went over what they were going to do and got started. They did an excellent job, and cleaned up after they were done! Highland does excellent work. They installed a system to eliminate moisture/flooding in an unfinished cellar with brick walls and floor in an old house. The plan included a wall system, sump pump and backup pump. I chose them over several others because their estimator gave me more flexible options. They completed the job as promised and left the cellar looking much better than before. The price was fair. They promptly answered followup questions I had about the estimate. After the installation, the backup pump alarm sounded for no apparent reason. They came back and checked out everything.

Highland Waterproofing did a great job from start to finish. They worked with my issues and didn’t try to sell me anything extra I didn’t need. The guys that came in were nice and courteous. They also worked very cleanly and efficiently. Amelia in the office was kind and helpful when I had any questions. We’ve had a pretty steady rain since they finished and I haven’t had a drop of water in my basement. I can’t recommend them enough!

Highland came out and did a free estimate and we chose them based on price and customer reviews. Communication went very well before job was done. Waterproofing was done in two days as promised and they covered all furniture to protect from dust. Crews showed up on time and looks like they did a great job. Of course it hasn't rained since it was done but with the lifetime warranty I have peace of mind. Would strongly recommend Highland for basement waterproofing.

A Highland job consultant came to our house and gave us a written contract proposal in April 2014. We were reluctant to spend that much money at the time. In 2015, after a really wet spring and early summer, we had a competitor give us a proposal for basement wall repair involving external excavation and mortar repairs. The cost would have exceeded Highland's proposal and would not have come with a water leakage warranty like that included with the Highland proposal.
