Whether you have worked out before or you are a beginner, you can trust us with designing a training program that is just at your level and is guaranteed to get you to your fitness goal. The exercises will be challenging enough to transform your body, but not unreasonably difficult for you to perform them.

You will enjoy your sessions so much that you will look forward to your personal training sessions with our persoanl trainer. I really enjoyed working with Edita. She is knowledgeable and friendly and our sessions would fly by! After training with her for 3 months I am now highly motivated and go to the gym by myself at least two times a week.

Edita is a knowledgeable personal trainer and Advanced Health and Fitness Specialist with experience of around 5000 training sessions and has worked with numerous adults and children towards several fitness goals such as weight loss, weight/muscle gain, flexibility, and core strength. Edita is absolutely outstanding! She is is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced; she is attentive and caring. You get her 100% undivided attention throughout your entire session; she checks and corrects form on every rep of every exercise. Edita's approach is fact and researched based. I found Edita on Yelp in late October 2019. I decided to consult with her based on the 5-star reviews. I liked her upon meeting her and signed up immediately. It has been the one of the best decisions I have ever made! Edita has several certifications to her name with the most recent one being the National Pilates Certificate. I think her ability to train clients by combining BOTH pilates with the regular workouts distinguishes her as a personal trainer. I had injured my shoulder shortly after meeting her and she was able to train me despite my shoulder pain with her specialized skills.

I can confidently say that after working with Edita over the course of 20 sessions that I need to workout. Most people say they love working out, but I have developed the need to workout, and that's far more important! Working with Edita created a habit of working out minimum 3x a week, which is a major improvement since I didn't workout at all and vowed I wouldn't be one of those people who was a gym rat. Edita is a great trainer, she worked with my teen daughter for 6 months. She had a great impact on her. Not only she works hard, she was a great influence on her as well. My daughter's time with Edita made her more confident and fit.

I contacted Edita one month before my wedding, hoping to get a bit more toned before walking down the aisle in a strapless dress. I'd been running and doing yoga and circuit training on my own but wasn't seeing results. Edita adjusted her schedule to fit me in and devised a training plan combining weights and cardio. Remarkably, I looked considerably more fit within three weeks. Aside from being an excellent trainer, Edita is also a wonderful person and delight to be around. Edita is one of the best personal trainers I have worked with! I highly recommend her to everyone! She motivates and gets you excited for all the work outs, she takes the time to explain the details of each exercise!!

I just finished my training sessions with Edita Margosian and she totally transformed my body. I started out at a whopping 38% body fat and its been at least two months trying to gauge and analyze my weigh issues - and found through her extensive fitness knowledge that the reason why I was holding onto weight was b/c of my birth control - I took care of it and watched the pounds drop! I am now at 28% body fat thats a 10% body fat loss! I feel better about myself, I'm getting stronger, and best of all gaining more confidence in myself to stay healthy and develop good habits in the long run

I LOVE Edita!!
I am a dancer and came to Edita with specific instructions of what I wanted to achieve.
She listened to everything and after 8 sessions, I have already seen a big difference! I get excited to come and train with her every time! Edita is personable, friendly, kind, and knowledgeable.
Totally recommend her!
Also, the gym where we train at is called Basic Training. It is small, but everyone who works there is friendly. The place is clean, and parking is usually no problem!

In May of this year, Edita came into my life at a time when I felt all hope was lost to be healthy again. For the past twenty years, I have had serious medical issues. These issues resulted in limited mobility, weight gain and low self esteem.

Edita is remarkably professional and knowledgeable. She personalized a nutrition and training protocol; a "one size fits all" program would not have benefitted me.

With her style of training, I am moving better, feeling better, losing weight, and I am hopeful again. Most importantly.....I am having a fun time!

I found Edita through Yelp almost a year ago and she had nothing but great reviews (more than what's here now, not sure what the glitch was but it's a shame they were lost). I've worked out on and off throughout my life and was in a place where I needed to get back at it and Edita was exactly the right person to help me do that. She's very good at motivating me and being involved in my diet. She also continuously encourages me to remain active even during the times when my schedule will not allow me to train with her. I can't imagine how anyone would not thoroughly enjoy

I highly recommend Edita as a personal trainer! I have been training with Edita for about 20 sessions now, and I have never felt better. I was very apprehensive about getting a gym membership, going to a big name gym, and working out with no direction. I have never been to a gym, and to be honest with you, I was very intimated by the whole thought of it. It took me several weeks before I actually got the courage to contact Edita, and it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I had a free consultation with Edita, and she broke down my goals for me and truly took the time to get to
