I've always been very against the idea of before and after photos on my website as I believe our constant judgment on how we should look based on other people is one of the reasons for our unhappiness and our inability to lose weight and get fit.

I have several gym locations to accommodate your needs including Hollywood Gym, Fitness Factory in West Hollywood, and Gym at Hayden in Culver City. Additionally, we train outside, at your gym, house or business. If you have any questions don't hesitate to call us. Jake is the best, first he is a great friend I have known for years, I contacted him because I need to be in good shape to ride from London to Paris in July.
His advice and routines and support is second to none, he fills you with energy to achieve your goals and is always there if you need a little more support.
I have lost fat and gained muscle using Jakes workouts and advice on diet, I have never been able to achieve that before, in the next few months I will achieve the body I have wanted for a long time, and this will be because of Jake and his great advice and routines.
