Xpress Title Service

0 stars!!! Absolutely the very worst title company I have ever dealt with. I have bought/sold 5 homes in my life and I have never experienced such inadequate, unresponsive, nonprofessional staff. They are rude, have awful customer service and literally could care less. I’m not sure how they stay in business.
Do Not Use This Title Company!

I cannot in good faith recommend this title company. I have no idea how they are still in business. They were scheduled by my lender. Closing during the pandemic was a nightmare. We waited for 5 hours at our home for someone to show up. 6pm turned into after 11pm when the notary arrived and insisted because the papers were drawn up we had to do everything that day. A month after closing it was discovered the prepaid homeowners was not paid as I was receiving calls from my insurance agent about a delinquent bill. It must have been "lost" so they claimed. Fast fwd from August closing to early March

DO NOT USE! It has been almost 4 months since my closing, and they have not filed my deed with the county!!

I thought everything ran smoothly initially with my house settlement, but my payoff/date submitted was screwed up and sent after another mortgage payment was taken from my account! It's now been over 2 months since I sold my house and settled, and still trying to work out with my mortgage company on getting my escrow check and reimbursement of my extra mortgage payment. This title company has not resolved the issue for me...had to do it on my own! Still waiting on checks!
