Getting critical maintenance after initial move-in was a proper fuss, but after approaching the management team they eventually got it done. And after nearly a year living here I can say they really are working on improving responsiveness to maintenance and to improving the community by providing services like app-based payment for laundry. There are still areas of improvement like general building and amenity upkeep and handling of abandoned articles, but it's an alright place to live for what you get.

Its nice but...I've been living here for over two years now and I love it. I've never had any issues with my neighbors and I feel super safe. Amanda in the office always remembers my name and makes it a point to make sure any issues I do have get resolved. My only complaints is: no one at the office EVER answers the phone. And I mean NEVER. I don't work in Brownsville so it makes it very difficult to get to the office to find someone. I wish I could relay this message to Amanda because I know she would be apologetic but guess what? I can't get in touch with her because they have the worst phone

Terrible Management. Will not answer calls or emails regarding returning my deposit.
The apartment complex is kept clean, but the management is not to be trusted. I was a resident at Bella Vista for 2 years, I am a nurse and when I had to move do to a new work position, I notified management via email my 60 day notice of leave as their offices were closed due to Covid pandemic to which they promptly replied. After ending my lease in Feb. 2021, the manager Lucia Mireles emailed me a final account statement stating a $679.00 deposit refund due to me within 30 days of receiving letter. I was also

I moved out in December. My tenure staying there was fine, but they refuse to send me my deposit back like they stated they would .I have since moved out of state. When I have called either no one answered and I left a message or they answered and said they would call me back with an answer. In both situations my problem was never / has never been addressed.

Well let me start, It went off great when moved in
I was EVER late with my monthly rent bill. I was in a really good report with it but, then. living there for a good while I had to move out.
The place is not quiet,
a bunch of noise..
people driving in speeding without a care (there should be speedbumps),
ddnt had any privacy AT ALL(many times) because maintenance would come in without having to WAIT and THAT is DISRESPECTFUL
Ps.If you have children, its best not to move in here either.
Place is not SAFE.
Monthly Rent will price up more

We were tenants here in Phase II, for a little over 2 years and moving out of an apartment complex has never been more stressful.
To start, I would like to say that we were great tenants. We really enjoyed this place at the start but things just took a turn around. We never complained about things, even when we should have. This place will do whatever to take your money and show you no sympathy even during a PANDEMIC.
Below are a list of things we experienced during our time there.
1) We had a mold issue at the beginning of our lease term and nothing was done by the previous complex manager

If you enjoy peace and quiet and a pet friendly apartment complex I would definitely suggest coming by and taking a look at Bella vista. The staff is very friendly and quick to fix any issues you have. Living at the complex once before and leaving for over 6 months just to come back should show how dedicated the staff is to making your living time at Bella vista a great one.

Lived at Bella Vista for over a year now and I LOVE it. The best place to live in Brownsville. Staff go above and beyond for their tenants. We also have 24/7 maintenance. Lived in other appartments that say the same thing but here you don't have to wait 24hours to get help. Lol. When I needed help they were at my door within 15minutes. As a dog lover they also have a dog bath outdoors and a dog park. They're many great things about living here. Would recommend it to anyone.
