I called James because my truck's starter had gone out, and I didn't have the tools to replace it myself. He gave me a fair quote and a time that he could make it out that day. He was running a little late but was professional enough to call me and let me know this. Upon arriving, he double checked that it was in fact my starter that was bad before performing any maintenance. Once he completed the replacement, the truck started, but wouldn't idle. He spent some time that night diagnosing the problem but when he couldn't, he came back the next day and finished the job. He was very professional,

The check engine light came on recently and the car is running rough at start up and hesitates until it warms up. Also needs low beam bulbs replaced. Since my normal mechanic moved many miles away I didnt want to drive all that distance with a check engine light on and thought a mobile mechanic would be perfect. I read how most will come to you and even do roadside repairs if you're stranded... James obviously comes highly recommended online so I sent a service request through the website on Monday. I did not get a response and sent a direct email from the email link on his website and did not

James has done work on 2 of our vehicles. Both times he has done excellent work. He is professional and I feel more confident in his repairs than I do getting work done at my local dealership. He takes pride in his work. He takes pictures of bad or aging parts where applicable so you can see why the part(s) need replacing. He uses only new genuine factory parts which I appreciate. I would be very comfortable recommending James to anyone. It is also very convenient to have him do all the work at my home.

I called him to replace my car's battery, and he also noted that the reason the hood didn't open when you pull the handle inside the car was because the cable had snapped. So he replaced the battery that day, and called a few days later to schedule a time to fix the broken cable after he found the parts needed. Excellent and convenient service -- will certainly call on him again!

James is amazing. I was on my way home from camping when my car started squeezing and rattling. I had to work the very next morning and needed to have it looked at before something went terribly wrong. James showed up, diagnosed the issue, and replaced my water pump right it the parking lot while I was working. I was lucky he was able to make it out on the same day. I know that's not always the case. I will definitely be calling again with any other issues.

We were so impressed with our experience with James. He repaired my belts on my car after it was shredded. He so quick to answer the phone, look up my car information, collect the correct parts, and completed the service the next day. Stopped at a grocery store and truck wouldn't start back up. Had the vehicle towed home as I was not aware of mobile mechanics and I am newer to the area so I do not have a preference or trust for the local repair garages.

James was very responsive regarding my repair. It was out of the normal (door actuator replacement). He was prompt and gave me a quote within 24 hours. He arrived on the date scheduled and fixed the issue. I'm thrilled with the convenience and the cost was comparable with my normal mechanic AND I DIDN'T HAVE TO BE WITHOUT MY CAR FOR A DAY!! Service was completed in less than 1 hour. Thanks James, will definitely have you do more work in the future!
