We LOVED living at the Springs at Logan River. When we moved in everything as so clean with new paint and new carpet. Carma and Sera were so nice and personal. Every time we would go into to office they knew us by name and would always check up on how we were doing. The maintenance does an amazing job keeping the property maintained and if you need assistance with something in your home they are there right away. Every time I would go to work I would receive a wave from every maintenance man, they were so nice. Everyone in the community was nice and it would be the perfect place to live with children

I love living in this complex. Everything is kept very nice. The apartment managers Carma and Sara are amazing. They are always available to answer questions and help me when needed. Maintenance almost always responds within 24 hours. My kids have so many friends around the neighborhood and the parks around here are so nice and always kept pristine. I definitely recommend living here.

Homes are nice, and it's convenient. But they raise your rent every year, they threaten you with a "24 hours to comply or we will issue a 3 day vacate" for stupid things like having a few weeds or keeping the trash cans in front of your house instead of behind it. And they charged me an extra $600 on top of my $500 deposit after I moved out after only living there for 2 years. And according to the office lady that's a low charge because they go up to 4,000 for not well kept houses.

I nannied for a family for 2 years at the Springs before my husband and I moved in there ourselves. We absolutely loved it. Yes, they do inspections and yes it's a long list of to dos but I always passed and never had any problems. We once had them ask us to pull the grass out of the rocks, which in my opinion isn't that hard to do. The rent was extremely affordable and the space was great! I always felt safe here and we would have stayed for a few more years if we didn't relocate for a new job! I'd recommend the Springs to anyone!

I have lived here at the springs for 8 years and I have loved it. I have a son with special needs so it was way nice to have a handicap house where we could get all his medical equipment in without hitting walls or not letting it be in there at all. Yes, they do have inspections 2-3 times a year back when I first moved in it was around every 3 months and they decreased it to twice a year due to the houses being in such great condition. When you think about it if they didn't have these rules the homes and yards would look terrible. There have been residents that had a very old run down couch with

The Springs are an excellent place to live. It's a great place for children and families. There are parks and fun activities at the club house. The town homes are spacious and clean. Maintenance is always on top of repairs and I feel like the staff are friendly and respectful. As far as cleaning checks are concerned, I feel that they are necessary so that the homes are well-kept for the next person who moves in. I can't say enough great things about The Springs.

The apartments were great and I loved my neighbors. The inspections were stressful and seemed to have new rules every time. It was a strain on my mental health to have my home so thoroughly gone over, especially when I keep a pretty clean house to begin with. Would I recommend them for people who need s nice space to live with their family? Yes. Would I be sure to tell them all about the inspections? Yes.

NOT WORTH IT! STAY FAR AWAY!
I wish I could rate this at 0. The management is not trained properly to deal with people in a civilized manner. I have come in with simple questions and they talk over me instead of answering. They've called me rude for having a suggestion. We are low income housing, but they'll charge you without warning. A lot of us can't afford $20 fees every week if we don't have our weeds pulled, or $7 per week if we don't own a lawn mower.
They have evicted people for "having too much stuff", even though everything was in compliance according to their rules. They have also

Clean, orderly and quiet place to live. It was hard to get in because of high demand for affordable housing, but management works really well with you if you are honest, clean, responsible tenants. Lots of rules, but nothing unreasonable. Great, up-to-date housing that is spotless upon move-in and perfect for starter families! I have really enjoying living here.
