I loved living here! The management was so nice and quick to respond to any inquiries or maintenance requests. The pool and hot tub are really nice and clean. The apartments are pretty old and each one has different furniture and lights, but very clean when I moved in. Kitchens and living room in the townhouse styles are pretty small. We didn’t have to worry about any noise from our neighbors and we could rarely hear our own roommates in their rooms. The walk to campus is about 10-15 minutes. The social room is nice and available at any time. The ward is also really good and the bishopric is

We have been very impressed with Cambridge Courts Apartments! The on-site managers are very on top of things and are always making improvements to the area. The grounds are well kept and we love how the pool and hot tub have been updated! They have multiple socials a year with yummy food and a great environment. This is a great place to live and is not a far walk to campus! Highly recommend living here.

The ward was one of the best I've been in. As for the apartments themselves, pretty craptacular.
There were bedbugs when we moved in (probably from the dog of the previous tenants. Apparently summer senior residents can have pets while college kids in the semesters cannot.) Also the pool was closed for an entire semester, but they still charged us full price.

I don't need anything fancy for housing just affordable and spider-free, so overall my time there was fine. Biggest complaints would be the fact that the pool was closed half of the year, but we were still charged for it. Also, when we moved in last year, they gave us one of those really old, really massive TVs and it didn't actually work. We're busy students, so we were fine to be without a TV, but we didn't want it taking up space. We asked if it would be okay if we just got rid of it, since it didn't work anyway and management said yes. Cut to the end of the year, when we were charged $60. Pretty

Good location, close to campus and the temple, the only downside is the large hill that you have to climb to get to campus and that there is not very good reception if you have T-mobile (you won't be able to make calls indoors). Could use new carpets. Parking is expensive, but the location is great. Internet isn't very good. Management staff helpful and quick when something needs to be done.
