Terrible experience! We lived here for a year and a half. Management has changed 4 times during that time. The maintenance guy was awesome and did what he could, but most the time the management wouldn't put it maintenance request and it would take months to get anything fixed. Our apartment had a leak in the bathroom that it took 4 months to get half way fixed causing mold in our bathroom. Our whole building had a cockroach issue. They were not on top of getting taken care of, over the past year my fiance and I sprayed several times as well as what the apartments did, but they never went away

Lived here for a while the rates are way too expensive for what little you get. Maintenance is absolutely awesome George always gets to ya in a speedy manner. Josh the property manager is also very awesome. Joe not so much though he is leaving and being replaced. Overall dont reccomend living here.

I still live here and have a few months on my lease, so I don't dare go into too much detail about what's happened. But, that tells you what kind of people are here. The only reason it even gets 1 star is because George (maintenance guy) is awesome. Extremely overworked and stretched thin, but still great! Avoid this place, you'll regret living here for sure!

Joe is a good manager: Joe is very patient with naughty residents and makes them toe the line. He does his best to make sure residents clean up after their children and pets. He also realizes that no one is perfect and we all have our little differences. George the maintenance guy does his best to take care of things in a timely manner and is very professional. Do not rent here if you are going to do drugs or break the law!
