AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Overpriced, rude staff, terrible infrastructure.
I lived here for over a year. Foothill has an incredible ability to create any fake 'fee' they can think of. Absolute Scammers and Robbers. They will milk you dry. Logan is supposed to be a reasonably priced town, sad to see greedy landlords gentrifying this once great town.
They will over charge you with hidden fees and extra costs for everything!

Pros: Brand new place, very clean, PET FRIENDLY!for those few who doesn’t drive - close to the bus stop and USU. I was very pleased with the management team! We had quite loud upstairs neighbors who’d play music at 12 am. After we spoke to the management about this issue, we never heard the music again. The girls at the office are always super friendly and willing to help with anything.
Only one small con: residents who own dogs are not very consistent with picking up after their dogs. These owners should be reminded to keep the area clean.

Best experience I have had at an apartment complex to date! We had a situation where our old apartment was flooded at a different complex and the Foothill Lofts team took us in and treated us like family. They seriously care and want you to feel at home. The whole office staff and even the handy men are awesome. Thank you guys so much for making it so pleasant for us. Seriously a 5 star rating. Love this place!
