The Manhattan offers a traditional dorm style living with beds and furniture divided evenly on both sides of the room. With three shared rooms, three bathrooms, and a spacious common area, it's a great option to live with your friends. This is SO incredibly unbelievable. I moved out of my apartment in November and have been paying rent ever since. The funny thing is that the apartment was allowing family members get out of their lease and filling those rooms quickly. But my room? No. Why? Because they love making me pay for a place I’m not staying. I’ve had many offers but the… factory has made it IMPOSSIBLE to allow those people to take over my lease. Just got 1 month of FREE rent by referring someone to the factory, which was AWESOME! There are definitely a lot of perks to living here, but like every place it has a few down sides. The reviews in Google and in Facebook are all so polarizing, hopefully I can help set the record straight.

Absolute Garbage Place. Our apartment was unfinished and what was finished was poor quality and broke repeatedly. Nelson Brothers and the management at the Factory a joke. They love tacking on fees more than they like to breath. You have to always be aware of your account or else they throw charges on there and give you ridiculous daily $10 fees. This isn't an exaggeration all 6/6 of the people in our room is not coming back to live there next year as well as countless people we met who lived there this year. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
