Southwest Village is a great community for all sorts. It's a safe and welcoming place for kids with several parks nearby. The two bayou that form the property's back corners are lovely and attract a multitude of herons, cormorants, and Falcons. The units themselves are decorated in modern, neutral tones that work well for a variety of styles. There are many long term residents here with well-maintained decks and gardens. All in all, this is a great place to live!

I am written this with pride, my husband and I have been here at Southwest Village Apts. for over 4yrs. Now And I am not planning on going anywhere This is a Quiet,Safe and Clean Place to live no worries going in and out you place. There are so many other places to go but, you know you are in a safe place there’s no going anywhere with that be said I love it here. Staff keep up the good work.

Current resident, i have been at Southwest Village now for almost 12 years.I have seen management come and go. I really havent had no issues with anyone in management. They all make us feel comfortable, explain things well. Maintence as well all good. Property always clean. I am very satisfied with being here. That is the reason i am still here.

Current resident. Management and maintenance needs major improvement in professionalism, amiability, respect, and cognizance. The security staff is either too old to know what is going on or incompetent of determining who individuals actually are and team up with management to accuse and terrorize good tenants.

I had a very great experience with the staff very polite as well as helpful. Ms Cathy was very wonderful all the way from the time i walked in last year and still had me on file this year when i was ready to finally move. Its quite and close to my bank and grocery store i love it. Thank you southwest village for finding me and my family our home.

I lived here for about five years moved out not Because I didn't like it new relationship being the reason the ladies in the office we're great the maintenance guys great very quiet nice neighborhood 24-hour security definitely one of the better complexes in the area would highly recommend to anyone

Too many run arounds to the point I politely asked for my deposit back... And just transferred to a bigger apartment in the apartment complex that I stay in now. Thank God they finally had something available close time my lease was up. Too much of a hassle couldn’t imagine what it would have been like if I was to moved there. Just being honest. Smh.
