I woke up early on a Saturday morning and traveled from Frisco to get some jeans altered, 2 pairs patched and 1 pair tapered. I was promptly rung up and charged for the services. I asked for the tailor to come measure me so I could get a good fit for the jeans I was having tapered. Out the back of the shop came another gentleman, introduced to me as a tailor. He looked over my jeans one time, exclaimed “It was too much work” and to “Void my sale”. My transaction was voided and I was sent on my way after a morning of basically trying my own jeans on for fun. That is no way you treat customers

My wife took my shirts here as snow white cleaners are no longer there, they did a terrible job, now need to wash and my press my shirts before I can wear them, save your money and steer clear of this business

Pick up my shirts and suit today. A dry cleaner that doesn’t know how to press shirts and suits. How do they stay in business. Going back to see if they will correct their mistake. Will let you know if they correct the mistake.

Short & last visit at this business. I have been coming here for years. Any business would apologize for an honest mistake, Customer service 101. The main guy always working the front always greets me with a smile. But since they refunded me $4 because of a small error & service not fulfilled, they no longer could service me. I was willing to give him the $4 back just to clear up the situation, but he already made his decision when I entered this morning. Definitely poor business conduct. Oh yeah, I spend hundreds of dollars here prior to my visit.

Really awful just terrible! It was great before The name change. It was $.99 laundry. Before that absolutely no issues. Took him 42 shirts asked for extra heavy starch. Normally the search would come Nearly flawless maybe some touchups with an iron. Now 17 of the shirts are ruined collars fabric is twisted and double creased. I’ve had 12 shirts with crushed or missing buttons. These are Ralph Lauren polo about $150 each and Robert Bram a little over 200 each. So I’m trying to decide do I take these back and get them repaired asked for them to replace the ones they ruined? I hesitate , I have

This cleaners is a Joke!...I took my jacket to them because it had a couple small oil spots, dropped it off within an hour of it happening. Older gentleman assured me it would be no problem. I arrive to pick up the jacket that next evening, spots still the same and bring it to the attention of the employee with his response being "I don't work in the back". Then a young woman began listening to the problem and marks the spots with tape and states "we will try again"
They could not get the spots out even after the second attempt. They returned my money but I just wanted the jacket cleaned. I used

I've been going here for years. Great service and quality. They can replace a button in about 20 seconds while you wait. I had left a few hundred dollars in a pocket one time. They promptly called me to tell me they had recovered it.

I've been going to this cleaners for several years. The ironing service is pretty good and reasonably priced. My clothes are always done on time. It's a good value for the money, especially if you hate to iron as much as I do. I always wash my clothes before taking them. Their washing service doesn't really clean your clothes well, but that's pretty easy compared to ironing everything.

I will never change cleaners. I forgot $600 cash in my pants pocket. I received a call from Nelly (sp?) to let me know she was holding this money for me. In addition to great service at competitive prices I am very grateful for the honest response from Nelly. I know from past experience at other cleaners that this is not always standard operating procedure.
