Dr. Kostura is passionate about caring for his patients! Dr. Kostura loves helping patients of all ages see their very best. He has extensive experience diagnosing and managing ocular disease as well as fitting patients with specialty and custom contact lenses. He has been married to his optometry school sweetheart, Dr. Sonia Kostura, since 2001.

I have been very happy with my service here in the past but recently got in a situation where I have been dissatisfied. I bought two pairs of glasses, one being covered by insurance and a pair of sunglasses that I was told would not be. I opted on the bifocals because they would not cost as much as the progressives ($60 more) I was also told that there would a two week period where I could return or exchange them. The bifocals did not work (I was unable to see the speedometer).

I stopped here to get a pair of sunglasses. I wanted the kind where when you went outside the lenses got darker and when you go inside they lighten up. They had lots of styles to choose from. I got a really nice pair that didn't break my budget. Great customer service, I am very happy with my purchase. I need a good pair of reading glasses I intend to come back here and get them. I probably should get my eyes checked too. Thank you

Everyone at Dove Canyon Optometry is friendly and helpful. Dr. Kostura has been our eye doctor for about 10 years. He takes time with his patients and has a clear explanation for all of my questions. The staff are really good about communicating with us and making sure our VSP insurance and flex spend is managed appropriately. We feel that get the most out of our coverage thanks to their help. They are also great about follow-up calls, mailing out glasses/contacts, getting receipts, etc.
