Dr. Elliott graduated from the University of Waterloo in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry, as well as, her Doctor of Optometry degree. She received several awards while at the University of Waterloo including the Corning Low Vision Award, The Canadian Contact Lens Society Prize and two scholarships for summer research.

I have had the pleasure of Spectrum Optometry providing me eyecare for several years. Dr. Elliott is always professional, considerate of her patient's time by being prompt for appointments and knowledgeable in ensuring all aspects of my eyecare are examined. Staff members are all pleasant to deal with and skilled in their roles. Frame selection is excellent and I always appreciate the time their staff take in helping me with selections. Spectrum truly cares for their patients. I highly recommend them.

Both my husband and I have used the services of Spectrum for many years and are constantly impressed with their professionalism and caring approach. Dr. Elliot sets a high standard that the whole team seems to embody. We are particularly pleased that the focus is on "whole health" as understanding the signs your eyes give can lead to early warning of problems in other organs. Great Work!

I have been going to Spectrum Optometry ever since I was 6, with the same doctor, Dr. Elliott. I have had nothing but a positive experience for all the 16 years I have been going there. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, especially Dr. Elliott. They have a good selection of quality glasses and sunglasses to choose from, and the Nikon Lenses they use to make the perception lenses are amazing. My favourite brand they carry is Tom Ford. I always feel that whatever diagnosis or advice they give me is correct and is the most beneficial for my eyes. They use advance equipment and tools

I was very pleased with the personal care and expertise from Dr. Elliott and the staff. Many of my friends had recommended the team at Spectrum. From the eye appointment to finding the perfect new glasses it was an excellent experience. The location in Peninsula village has good parking and it’s central to everything in South Surrey..

I have been going to Spectrum Optometry for over a decade and have had nothing but excellent care from Dr. Elliot and all of the staff. She and her staff truly care about your well being and are very thorough. The office has a fantastic atmosphere and everyone is very friendly. I now live in Burnaby and I still drive back to White Rock just to see them, and I cannot imagine getting the same quality of service or kindness from any other optometry office!

I took my mom and myself for an eye exam last week at Spectrum Optometry.
This is the second visit for me in the last two years and I must say I’m so impressed with their covid protocols. I felt very safe and comfortable.
Dr. Michelle Elliot and her team members were amazing, they were very thorough and very patient with me and my 86 year old mom and I really appreciated that.
I highly recommend them!!

My recent visit to Spectrum Optometry was excellent from start to finish! Nice bright and airy office, a warm welcome from reception and then on to the exam. Dr. Elliott is very thorough and asks far more questions than any other eye professional I have seen in the past, making sure she knows her patient's medical and ocular history and their visual needs. She takes the time to explain how she arrives at her recommendations and gave me great advice on using eye drops and helpful tips regarding future cataract surgery post LASIK. My prescription had not changed enough to warrant new glasses so I

Friendly and approachable staff, makes lots of jokes, and great clean environment. Mediocre choice of music and comfortable seating. Seating looks (or feels) new. They have a great selection of glass frames, usually not many people, so the seating is usually great. Knowledgeable staff, and good smelling environment. Unlit fireplace makes the place seem more friendly and they have a coat rack in case you have a coat. They also have a child play area for when your child waits, with a mediocre selection of toys and a large amount of books. They also have magazines for reading such as “FASHION”
