I haven’t moved in just yet but have to give a 5 star on the staff alone. I have been screwed by too many different apartments and not to mention lost a ton of money from the application process alone, but Fairways made applying so easy and fast, while answering all my questions! Within an hour of submitting they called to confirm, and it was as simple as that…. Wow. Moving is stressful in general but moving from out of state can be a nightmare, so thank you for being so helpful and kind through this process! Excited to make Conway/Fairways our home!

Fairways is a great community and best apartments to live in Conway, AR. Rachel and Elly are the best to work with in the leasing office. Management is super friendly. They listen our concerns and try to help as much as possible. I never felt any issue with leasing process, service requests.
Overall, I highly recommend Fairways at Nutters chapel apartments.

I have toured many apartment complexes not just in Conway, but also by Lindsey management, and this complex's customer service is by far THE WORST. Was genuinely interested in this complex until the lady working in the front office started my tour. She was not in any hurry to finish the work she was doing and took her time to even ask us what we were interested in. She did not tell us anything about amenities, pricing, or availability and stood there in silence while we toured the apartment. When we did ask questions, she seemed to not know any answers or had any interest in finding them out. Definitely

The staff at the front office are great! But the apartment I was assigned to was not clean. There were big spider webs everywhere especially on the corners of the walls. The stove/oven was very dirty, there were stains on the toilet seat, trash in the counters, etc. I waited another week for it to be “ready” but not much had been cleaned; spider webs were still on the walls. I would’ve expected the apartment to be clean due to covid but I had to personally clean and disinfect the apartment I was assigned. Very unprofessional of this place.

Hey everyone I have lived here almost 3 months. Here is the Scoop now mind you I came from the Cadron not to far from here. First and foremost, I have had zero problems, quick maintenance when I put in a request. Utilities are good every month. They Have At&t Fiber so that's a Big Plus, great place to walk around get some exercise. Pool is nice, Friendly staff. Its the Newest built place around here, hence the utility bills.

I enjoyed living here! Not too far from everything I needed in Conway. It’s a quiet apartment complex, where I never had any issues with neighbors or management. The apartment itself was great—clean, spacious, and functional. My favorite thing about The Fairways is all the sidewalks. I loved going for walks all over the property.
My biggest gripe is that non-golfers aren’t supposed to walk around the golf courses except after hours (usually too late for me). I broke this rule and still went on walks on the courses (using the sidewalks of course). A couple times I was asked to leave 😕
