Patients of all ages are welcome to come and receive treatment for a variety of injuries, including lacerations, fractures, and much more. If your employees get hurt on the job, we'll be ready with walk-in services to assess and treat their injuries quickly, so their time away from work is as brief as possible.

Unfortunately the front desk is the reason for the low rating. I went to get checked for a cough and the woman rolled her eyes and was rather annoyed because she said then they would have to do a COVID test and they only do that by appointment. Well I could care less about a COVID test and I wanted my cough checked. Terrible customer service. Plenty of jobs out there where you don't have to deal with people.

The head doctor is extremely rude. I went in to get an exemption from the flu vaccine because I had an allergic reaction to it in the past. The nurse practitioner gave me the note with no issue because she actually has a heart. I had to go back to have something filled out and the head doctor called me in the back. He was extremely rude and telling me he did not want to do this at all. I told him I don’t have a primary doctor and then he told me to go to the hospital (during a pandemic) he wanted me to go to the hospital! I can’t believe he turned me away when I needed something done health

I hadn't been here in about four years, but based on a recommendation of how wonderful they were, I decided to call and make an appt. for a COVID test. I went in and there was a glitch with my insurance. A very rude woman behind the counter said calling the insurance company "was not gonna happen". OK. I left; went home and called my insurance company to straighten it out. I called Doctor's Inn back to make another appointment, but couldn't get one until Monday. This woman was also abrupt. I then asked to speak with the office manager. I was surprised to get a call back

The staff and doctor at this facility were extremely rude. Went there for last minute COVID testing and they graciously allowed for my significant other to get the rapid test and me the PCR test. After I gave them my insurance, the receptionist refused to take me due to my insurance as my insurance was “student insurance”. I attempted to clarify that it was actually not, but she wouldn’t listen. She told me I had to pay out of pocket which is extremely unheard of, especially during these times.The doctor then came out and told me that he couldn’t take me as they were only doing rapid tests

The front desk receptionists were immediately attentive and welcoming as soon as I arrived, and were very friendly. I waited less than ten minutes after arrival to see the doctor, and his assessment was very focused, but very thorough. He very quickly realized the issue, and was able to pinpoint exactly what I needed. As a nurse, I've worked with many different doctors over the years, and he was absolutely fantastic in how friendly, efficient, and clinically competent he was. There was also very good communication between the doctor and front desk staff. I would 100% recommend this office

My wife, kids and I have been going to The Doctor's Inn since it opened 20 years ago. We have extended family members and friends who also are very satisfied patients for many years. Our collective experience with "The Doctors Inn" has been top notch. Living in Bergen County there is no shortage of good doctors and Dr. Stern and his staff are on top of the list.
What sets this practice apart is the consistency that the Doctor brings to the table. He is grounded in this practice, a practice that he owns, works and directs. The consistency is refreshing in today's environment

I have NO IDEA why anyone has had problems here but, being this is my first time going here, I found the assistants, nurse and doctor to be very helpful, courteous and professional during my visit.
Dr. Stern took the time to listen to my symptoms, didn't rush me at all and made sure that I understood how and when to take the medicine that was prescribed.
Very helpful organization! I will be back whenever I am sick. Thanks!

Alright, let me start by saying that the staff and nurses have consistently been welcoming with great bedside manners. Dr. Stern, not as such. This wasn't my first visit but it will be my last.
I find him incredibly rude (talking over me and interrupting), rushed, and sexist. I've been sick for over 2 weeks and decided it was time to go to the doctor. Maybe it was the thick blood filled mucus, the headaches, or the wheezing and coughing, but something just felt very wrong since I had started to get better and then abruptly got worse. I can barely sleep due to congestion and coughing

I went to the Doctors Inn this week and saw Eric, the PA. I was seen after a very short wait. I'd been having some difficulty breathing because of asthma and Upper Respiratory Infection. The initial exam was fast and thorough, and I was immediately treated with a nebulizer. A nurse stayed with me during the 20 minute treatment to monitor my breathing a heart rate continuously. Afterwards, Eric came back and discussed adding/changing medications to help control my asthma, and told me to follow up with him the following day.

I visited with severe flu like symptoms. I was the only patient there, with at least 5 staff members in sight plus the doctor.
He gave me a prescription that needed filling. There was a small glitch with the insurance that would have required the doctor make an additional phone call. It was 5:15 on a Friday, and they close at 6:00.
The doctor told me that they were too busy, and that he would not make the call to get the medicine for me, particularly because I was from 'out of town'. (I grew up in Ramsey where my mother still lives, and live on the Upper West Side, a mere 22 miles away

Receptionist was prompt and courteous I was given plenty of space in my halo of sickness. I was led to a treatment room quickly and treated with respect by a lovely Doctor Who assessed me immediately and determined the cause of my ailment, prescribed medicines and I was on my way. 1 day later and I am already a new person and I didn't have to sit in a miserable crowded room filled with other germs. Clean office, Friendly and pleasant staff...even when I came in 10 minutes before closing time, the receptionist welcomed me, the nurse practitioner saw me. Only one sheet of paper front and back to fill out before going in, so it was really a breeze...from beginning to end...I had to get a tetanus shot, and Susan the nurse was awesome, I barely even felt it...because she was confident in her skill, I had confidence in her and even though I hate needles...she really made me feel so comfortable...the nurse practitioner was super nice too, I totally recommend this urgent care doctor's office

Went to the Ramsey Doctor's Inn today for the first time and was pleasantly greeted and treated by an extremely friendly staff. Very clean and organized office. My brother has been here in the past and recommended that I go for my sore throat. They accept United HealthCare insurance.
I only waited for about 5 minutes to be seen. The nurse and nurse practitioner (Kathy) were very professional and nice. Kathy listened to all of my symptoms and concluded I had strep throat. My visit lasted about 30 minutes. I did not see Dr. Peter Stern.

Great place here - was referred by my insurance (Cigna) after calling customer service. Drove here, filled out one basic sheet, waited 3 minutes and was taken. 15 minutes later I was done, sorted out, prescription in hand, and no copay.
Nice staff, no waiting, no appointments, good hours, convenient location - if you have something wrong with you that's not emergency-room level, this is the perfect one-stop shop.
