Services
In order to provide a highly effective, well-rounded and safe workout experience, we offer private, semi-private or group sessions led by our FULLY certified instructors. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for Private and Semi-Private sessions. If you are unable to make your reserved session, please cancel at least 24-hours in advance to avoid being charged the full amount.
Before starting at our studio, all new clients must schedule TWO one-on-one 55-minute sessions (cost $80 each). We're committed to your safety and wellness. Based on your initial New Client Introductory Assessment, we will guide you to the class that is the best fit for your unique body and range of motion and that works with your schedule.
No! Most people starting out have little or no experience with the Pilates method. All sessions are led by one of our fully certified instructors who will guide you through every exercise. In order to provide a safe and supportive workout experience, we initially meet with each new client to determine their needs and abilities and then guide you to the most appropriate classes for your unique body and movement challenges.

New Strength Pilates is the best studio and I would drive across town to work with Beth. She is knowledgeable, well trained and has the ability to see exactly what your body needs. My experience with classes with Beth and Chiara spans over 8 years. New Strength Pilates instructors work with each person in small group settings or by individual appointments and provide workouts uniquely tailored to improve the participants condition. Beth and Chiara are both highly trained and professional instructors. The studio is beautiful and welcoming and is located in the close by Riverstone community in Sugar Land.
