Performance Pilates
To get started, we would like to take some time to assess your needs and help you choose the right program. I have decided to pursue Pilates to strengthen my core after pregnancy and delivery. I always come out of class more relaxed and motivated. I'm very happy I discovered this place and highly recommend it.

Being a physician myself, I'm really amazed with the fact that we've all been using muscle groups and fascia in a wrong way, and it's never too late to retrain them. It's worth it! We teach you how to move without pain and gain youthful mobility. Learn how your fascia (connective tissue) plays a large role in an unrestricted, childlike movement.

Performance Pilates Co-Owners, Cody Robbins and Michelle Long hold comprehensive and professional certifications from PEAK Pilates, a leading international equipment and education company. Their most recent post grad work includes "Neurofascia Bridge I & II: The Restoration of Fascia Through Awareness & Movement", and Thomas Myers "Anatomy Trains.
If you're looking for a different movement experience, Performance Pilates & Fascia could be your answer! You will learn Classical Pilates repertoire in our fully equipped studio With a focus on "Fascia". The result will be pain-free, unrestricted, child-like movement. It's a rewarding movement journey, unlike your average Pilates studio.
Private Pilates sessions are all about YOU! If you're wanting to relieve pain, progress in Pilates exercises or simply live life better, we'll be laser focused on your health and fitness goals. We customize the work to your individual needs. Want to workout with your spouse, friend or relation? Semi-Private Sessions are a closed group of 2 or 3 people that want to consistently work out together.
Reformer Classes are the most popular. In your Equipment Classes, not only will you work on the Reformer, we'll include any combination of Mat Pilates, Tower, Chair, and Spine Corrector Barrels. Classes listed as "Beginner" are for those who are new to Pilates Classes. We apply the same "Fascial concepts" from our Pilates classes to weight lifting!
Myofascia Release: A hands-on technique to release tension in the fascia, restoring movement and function. A great warm-up to open and center the body before movement or a way to "undo" the demands of the day. Your session includes manual myofascia release and simple movements to create awareness and remove the tensional "hand-break" on your body in motion.

In March of 2021, I started private sessions at Performance Pilates with Michelle and Cody. I initially went to stretch and improve my overall fitness program. I had no idea what I would learn and how Pilates would help relieve the pain in my lower back and shoulders. Regardless of how I arrive at the studio, I leave feeling amazing. The work that we do on the reformer and other equipment helps me stretch and has helped me improve my posture and endurance. Absolutely love this place!!! Would recommend anyone with any sorts of injuries or body movement issues. I have had lots of pain and weakness after the birth of my second child. After joining performance Pilates I have been able to move so much better, better body posture, reduced pain, increased energy, and increased stamina. The coaches provide one on one attention which is really nice. Everyone is very friendly!

I have thoroughly enjoyed the private sessions with Michelle and Cody. I tend to have an aching lower back. It never fails that I walk away from a session with my back feeling significantly better than it did when I walked in. I attribute this to the superb knowledge of both Michelle and Cody in helping me to stretch out in all the right places and to really open up.

Going to Performance Pilates has been one of the best decisions I have made for myself. I have learned and am learning so much that I have found incredibly valuable. All the instructors are incredible. Ive worked the most with Cody, and she is incredibly calm, patient, and kind. All the instructors are well trained, super smart, and great teachers. This place is fantastic and the real deal.

Michelle and Cody are amazing! These gals know what they're talking about. I have been working with Michelle for a few months now, and I've just recently added Cody's Weight Class. The impact its had on my body has far exceeded my expectation. I'm hooked!

2nd time I've been to this studio, both times excellent results. This time it is for a bum wrist injury but have also learned how to correctly use my home pilates reformer, how to relax driving, even how not to be so tense (better posture) at office typing all day long. Yesterday experienced Rossiter technique which helped my wrist more than 4 other practitioners up to now, after 2 yrs of suffering with it. Not totally fixed but feels 80% better after 1 session with this technique. Cody is patient, thorough and recommend her and this studio without reservation. I'm into results, getting it here

I have been a client for over ten years, and have worked with both Cody and Michelle on the Reformer as well as Mat. Before I retired, I traveled a great deal for business and welcomed the relief to my stiff joints that Pilates provided. After retirement, I have not been as active, resulting in other aches and pains that can be very frustrating. Most recently, I have been working with Cody to address some of these issues using their Myofascia Release techniques. I have been working remotely with Cody for 3 months. I have quite a way to go to release 70+years of fascia, but Cody has infinite patience and skill with her verbal cues. I am amazed at how much better I feel and how much I’m learning. It helps that we are both equestrians and my riding has really improved.If I didn’t live in Colorado, I’d be in the studio in a heartbeat! I HIGHLY recommend this awesome place!
