When I signed the lease they neglected to tell me there is an Amazon hub for deliveries, so I went a month without receiving any packages. I was also towed off their property with my parking pass in the window, and they told me there was nothing they could do but maybe talk to the next apartment complex over about the issue. That cost me $350 dollars. They did offer me to pay another $25 for a new parking pass though. SMH. Also there is no recycling receptacles anywhere on the property. Don’t make the same mistake I did and get stuck on a Lease here.

Absolutely horrible office management- cruel, immature, and unprofessional. In reference to the reviewer that states they will mock you and put you on speaker phone when you ask to speak to a manager- they did this to me when my roommate was unexpectedly admitted to the hospital for emergency brain surgery. I was trying to contact them to ask if they would let a friend (who is also a Grandview Meadows resident and has been for 2 years) in to get toiletries and supplies to take to my roommate in the hospital. The girl laughed at me and left me on an indefinite hold when I asked to speak to a manager

We moved my Mom here 5 years ago. The grounds are well kept, grass mowed, outside of the buildings well maintained. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. The little workout rooms are always clean as is the pool area. The only down side we've experienced is that problems in the apartment were reported about a month ago and no one has come to address the issues. We talked with the office staff and they apologized and said they would make sure to get this taken care of, waiting to see on this. All in all, I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

Love this apartment complex. Very friendly neighbors. Staff are super sweet and will do everything to cover all your needs. Area is kept up and cleaned. Management is always making sure everyone is up on the news, especially helping with families struggling with rent due to covid 19.
I’ve noticed police is always watching our neighbor to make sure everyone is safe. Never had any trouble with parking. They charge fair for rent and the apartment size is beautiful. Feels more like a house then an apartment with the open kitchen.
Please consider this complex your new home. You won’t be disappointed

Overall, living here was simple and sufficient-
As long as you pay your bills, management leaves you in peace-
The management team has unfortunately been dull and systematic ever since Kelsey left in July 2019, but they do get the job done. I mostly missed receiving warm greetings on those mornings where I decided to physically turn in the rent check! The energy just hasn't been the same since- 4 stars

I've been here for 2 years. Single female. Area is quiet & peaceful, property management is responsive, maintenence is prompt, no predatory towing that I've seen 🤔, neighbors are quiet, and property is kept clean. I feel safe here. They also have renovated apartments, which are adorable. Would recommend!
