The staff here has been incredible. From calling with questions about leasing to my move in date. Nicole was my leasing agent and was so friendly and warm. She was very sweet and welcoming to my daughter ad well! The residents I have met so far have litterally stopped to introduce themselves and WELCOME me and my family! The grounds are absolutely beautiful, the maintenance guys are super friendly and really fast to respond. The pool is gorgeous. This is definitely home and I am so glad I found it!!! You should definitely rent here! Very affordable as well!

Everything about my move-in experience has been incredible. Nicole- was so sweet and personable throughout the entire process! I am so lucky to have found such an amazing apartment to rent. All good vibes from the community & staff.
Not to mention- everything in the complex is so WELL maintained. I am constantly seeing the maintenance people going around the complex making sure everything is top notch.

I feel very over due for writing this! I had no idea how 'spoiled' I was living at Ralston Park until after I moved out. If you're looking for a quiet, affordable, family-like staff and well-kept property then this is it! I only lived here for a year and wish that I renewed my lease to stay.
The maintenance team was ALWAYS so fast and knew what they were doing. Super friendly and always made sure the grounds were clean - which was really appreciated especially in the winter. Renters beware, Horrible management. Subpar living facilities. My hot water was out more than once. I didn't even get notified once the water was working again. The bathtub didn't drain. My water pressure would work sometimes and not others. I was afraid to call management regarding any issues after the property manager Angie Hall cursed at me and yelled at me for 45 minutes and when I called the corporate office they ignored me. I have never been treated so poorly by a management company in my life. I am shocked the place is still open the way they treat people. The stove top had burners

I have live here over two year and still have same complaint. The trash can area are NOT clean up daily. the dog poo bag are NOT fill regularly ( oh but you pay 25$ per pet whether or not it go potty outdoor). Did I mention this is all the resident fault! I have fall in the past 2 time on the stair and on the down slope when it snow because they do NOT put any salt or sand down. I go to the office with maintenance issue and they do not care as well as the maintenance guys. They do great work when they come in or if it is "mandatory" to bring the apartment up to code. The bad: The management likes to market themselves as family friendly and community oriented but they really aren't. It's all a facade. The management takes a really punitive tone anytime someone breaks a rule (like 1 person broke into the pool so ALL residents have to get new pool keys). They raise the rent every time they can. They don't do move-out walk throughs a on Saturday (even though that's the day EVERYONE moves

I will start with the good: no bedbugs or cockroaches, the new pool is very nice and good location.
The bad: it took almost a year for the new pool to be built, they hired horrible nasty contractors for repainting the buildings, changing the sprinkler system and installing the new washer and dryers. It took entirely way to long to get any of those done and the would always leave a mess behind random trash and shooters tools left behind ect. When I moved out of here the sprinkler system had still yet to be finished after maybe them working on it for 6 months. Keep in mind we received now warning
