Dr. Paul Mikailian, O.D. is a graduate of the Southern California College of Optometry. With his extensive experience and knowledge, he is qualified to treat glaucoma, manage cataracts, fit every type of contact lens, and meet all of your primary eye care needs. In his spare time, Dr. Mikailian loves helping out the community.
In addition to a comprehensive eye examination, the doctors at Mikailian Optometry are proud to offer the latest in retinal imaging. We recommend this procedure to help diagnose, monitor, and treat various conditions that can affect the eye. Today (1-5-22) was my first visit at Sam's Mikailian Optometry and glad I decided to go. Dr Mikailian was very friendly and knew his material and spend enough time to explaining all the difficulties i was having and going through with eye condition. Went here for an eye exam, and I must say the exam was fine. The thing that bothered me was that the Optometrist spouted his views about vaccines and called people getting vaccinated for Covid "scared rabbits". He said all this as he admitted to not being vaccinated, which made me uncomfortable to be in same room as he did the exam. He went on to say Covid really his not killing people and that hospitals are making up numbers. This really touched a nerve as I had two people close to me that passed and it was definitely due to Covid, but also because i have friends on the front lines and it is NOT

Dr. Mikailian was the best ! We'd scheduled 3 appoints for myself, my daughter and my son. The location was convenient since it's located in Walmart. Although this was our first visit, we were treated as if we'd been going there for years. He was friendly and thorough and I never felt rushed. Zayra, who was at the front desk, was friendly as well ! She's amazing! They were both so nice that I'll likely just stop by again, just to say hello. I'd definitely recommend Mikailian Optometry. You won't be disappointed.

It was my first time coming here and I'm glad I did. I had an eye exam with Dr. Zimring and he was very informative, not once did I feel him rushing which was a plus. He answered all of my questions that I had. He's very professional. The receptionist who was there was kind and polite. I will definitely be back for future appointments.

Dr. Mikailian and his staff are amazing! My family and I go to him for all of our optometry appointments. Dr. Mikailian is very friendly yet professional. He takes his time explaining and examining. My father had been struggling to get the exact prescription number for glasses for years until we met him! I highly recommend him, he truly cares for his patients and goes out of his way to help.

Dr. Mikailian is great! I was running out of contacts and called the office and was able to get a same-day appointment in the afternoon. He was very knowledgeable and prescribed a new contact that was much clearer and more comfortable than what I had been using for years. I'm very happy I went to Dr. Mikailian and will be returning every year for my yearly exam.

I saw Dr Mikailian here at the office inside Wal-Mart and I couldn't be more pleased. Sayra, the receptionist, was friendly and efficient. Dr Mikailian did a very thorough exam with explanation and he really cares about his patients. He even dilated my eyes and took photos of it! He made sure I will have the best vision possible!!
