When we started Professional VisionCare of West Hollywood in 2008, we wanted to build more than an optometry practice. We wanted to build a place you and your family can trust - a place that feels like home and where relationships come first.

We strive to provide our patients with world-class vision care through decades of experience and expertise, delivered in an environment of thoughtful, highly-personalized service and genuine warmth by our team of eye doctors and opticians.I cannot recommend Dr. Cheng any higher. I recently moved to the area and didn't have an eye doctor.

If you're looking for quality eye care from an eye doctor and staff who are knowledgeable, patient, and caring, this is the place for you. I came in with my 4 year old last week for his first eye exam, and I can't say enough about how wonderfully we were treated. The doctor took a lot of time with us to ensure she gave us a proper diagnosis and she explained everything to me in detail about my child's eyes. From the moment I called to make the appointment, to the moment we left, the care we received was exceptional. I highly, highly recommend them to anyone with young children.

I highly recommend Professional VisionCare! Dr. Cheng and the team are great! It's very welcoming and comfortable like a doctor's office -- not like you are going to retail store like other Optometrist.

Unprofessional optometrist. Booked an appointment 6 weeks ago via phone, showed up to my appointment and was told I was not in the system. Fair warning to anyone not wanting their time wasted.

Dr. Cheng and the entire staff at Professional Visioncare are awesome. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for eye care. The staff (Angel and Cindy) are very friendly and helpful, and Dr. Cheng’s exam was thorough and he answered every question I had - Dr. Cheng is also fun and relaxed. All in all, 10/10 experience here!

Have been coming here for almost a decade. Great all around experience from Dr. Cheng to his entire staff. We moved down to the South Bay 5 years ago but continue to make the drive up once a year. Highly recommend!

I recently went on vacation in LA and on my last night, my glasses ended up getting laid on, a lens popped out and they were bent! I was panicking since I have pretty bad eyesight and needed to be at the airport by 10am. At 8:45, they opened the door early for me, fixed my glasses within minutes and refused when I offered to pay them for their help. They were unbelievably sweet to me and I can’t thank them enough for fixing my glasses for me so quickly!!
