I thoroughly enjoy my stay at Station 101 and I say this out of my experience of being a resident for the last 18 months. In terms of location, pricing and value for money - I am sure there are competitors around but what differentiates Station 101 from others are the property managers and Staff (esp Samareeb, and Diana) who are very cooperative and prompt in responses and actions.

We have been renting for some time with very little interaction with the Community management or staff. Recently, several items have come up that gave me the opportunity to work with Samareeb and her staff. Every concern was answered with a positive response. The housekeeping and maintenance personnel have been cheerful and very helpful in every case. Neighbors are friendly and the common areas are always clean and bright. I could not be happier with the people at Station 101 and they deserve 5 stars!!! The building is older and hallways are dreary and could use updating, but I leave that

Good apartments, nice neighborhood, only thing is they do a lot maintenance and cut the electric and water sometimes. I remember almost once water cut in a month. Come on this is 2017 not 1917! You cant stop water each month for maintenance! No garage entry once in month again!!! Enough. Will leave after contract!

we lived at this community for more than a 3-1/2 years and recently moved . The thing about the apartment community is that it is a central hub to almost anything in a 15-20 mile radius. The biggest plus is the neighborhood. This has got to be one of the safest neighborhoods in the valley region.
The Apartments are spacious and rent is reasonable. Unlike the company -run apartment communities they do not charge 1700 /- pm for a 625 sqft. Seriously if you are looking for community features like onsite basketball court, tennis court, 5 lane swimming pools( which you might not even use and

We just enjoy living at Station 101 Apartments. It is our first apartment in California and we live here since March 2011.
The location is great. It's centrally located El Camino, at Lillick Drive a huge stretch of a three storey building . Unlike a lot of the other neighborhoods, you have everything you could want at walking distance: any kind of food you could desire, high school, Montessori schools and day care centers, coffee shops, restaurants, clinic , big departmental and grocery stores, banks, holiday inns, salons, dry cleaners. Why staying here is so convenient for me is its walking
