We practice evidence-based health and fitness by way of individualized plans and have multidisciplinary professionals on site to care for your mind and body, so that you can become the healthiest version of yourself.
Services
Unlike traditional gyms, we provide personal training, small group training, chiropractic care, and massage therapy - without any memberships. We believe in health and fitness through a scientific approach and have professionals on site to help answer your fitness and health questions. Our independent personal trainers are all certified and most have degress in exercise science.

We care about you - this is not a gym for the masses, it's a specialized facility with a superior client focus.
Massage therapy is ideal to treat injuries and, if received regularly, is a preventative treatment that will address the health of muscles and connective tissue, range of movement, tone, symmetry, balance of muscle and quality of posture. I have lived in Colorado for the last ten years. From sunrise hikes in the Flatirons to mud runs in Snowmass, I have walked, run, crawled and ridden through much of what the Colorado outdoors has to offer.
Sports Rehab Consulting (SRC) is an elite level physical therapy provider offering a catered-style treatment approach for athletes of all levels and individuals looking to recover from injury. In addition to our clinic services, SRC's treatment availability extends beyond the traditional clinic based physical therapy visits that are available.
As a functional medicine practitioner, Andrea educates and advises patients on how to regain and maintain health and prevent illness through the use of specific nutrition counseling, lifestyle changes and targeted supplementation. In her previous, professional life, Andrea taught Pharmacology, Anatomy and Physiology, Pharmacy Law and Health Care Law and Ethics for over 15 years.

If you are thinking about signing up for a personal trainer here - do it! And ask for Matt White!
My husband and I have been working out with Matt for about 9 months. I was feeling sluggish and not as active as I used to be pre-COVID and was looking to generally tone up. My other goal was to build muscle on my legs, glutes, etc to protect my knees as I occasionally have some knee pain. Matt is incredibly conscientious about this and makes sure we do workouts that do not cause knee pain.
In the past 9 months I've put on muscle while lowering my percent body fat. I've also had to donate clothes

This is by far my favorite gym. I went here with my girlfriend and we worked with Dustin. He's extremely knowledgeable and professional. Sessions were personalized to complement my lifestyle and work toward my goals. The gym is always clean on arrival and the trainers wear masks and clean equipment immediately after it's used. I'm in the best shape of my life!

This is a great gym if you want to see results. Dustin is my trainer and he's awesome. He keeps it fun and challenging and keeps up great conversation, so I find it fun to go in. My observation of the other trainers is positive as well. The gym is very clean and they are doing a good job of maintaining distancing and sanitizing behind everyone. It's also nice having massage therapy and chiropractors available on side to work with as needed. I definitely recommend checking it out.

Active Lab is the ideal gym! The gym is laid out perfectly and it’s always clean. The staff is amazing. I’ve trained with Ashley numerous times and let me tell ya... She. Works. Hard. In the gym, she’s busting her butt getting detailed and strategically planned workouts for optimal gains Gains. For. Days. Outside the gym, she works hard creating do able nutrition plans.
She’s always motivating, pushing and inspiring.

I've trained with Dustin for years. Meeting him and having him as a trainer has been one of the best experiences I've ever had. Dustin believes in me and my ability to do things more than I believe in myself. Working with him I've realized that I'm stronger and more capable than I give myself credit for. The gym is full of energy and trainers who truly care about their clients. Personal training at Active Lab is just that - personal. Each trainer tailors the workouts for their clients. They care, they encourage and they celebrate the results.

As a business owner, making time to take care of myself - especially when it comes to working out - is an ongoing challenge. I've found that being accountable to a trainer is the best way to for me to commit to a program. I would highly recommend Ashley Olson as she is one of the most dedicated and passionate fitness enthusiasts I have ever met. She is highly encouraging and makes workouts both fun and challenging. Began at Active Lab about six months ago. At the time I was a member of a large fitness center that had most everything, but my participation. Wanted one-on-one training to meet my specific goals and I was extremely fortunate that Amanda was able to fit me into her schedule. One of the surprising lessons was the breadth of unique workouts that could be achieved without a bunch of machines, but with a great personal trainer.
