Services
Siera is a certified personal trainer, nutritionist with a Bachelor's in Human Nutrition & Dietetics, award winning fitness studio owner, weight loss specialist, and Denver A-List top personal trainer. Siera specializes in creating personal training programs that help people shed fat and gain muscle.
Our Training Studio was developed to create the perfect workout routine for each member. Whether you're a beginner or have been into fitness for a long time our studio provides you with all the tools that you need to reach your goals. Most importantly our team of fitness experts will help you reach your goal.
Siera is a Certified Nutritionist, with a B.S. in Nutrition and Human Dietetics. She has written columns, received awards and her recipes have been featured in Women's Running Magazine, Denver Life Magazine, 5280 Top of the Town Best Fitness Studio, Denver A-List Best Personal Trainer, Defined Magazine, and Mile High Sports Magazines.
Aimee came to us wanting to live a healthier lifestyle and to lose weight. She was personal training with us for 2 times a week and did group circuit workouts for her homework workouts. She lost 30 pounds in a year and changed her entire lifestyle! I never considered myself to be a gym person. They scared me.

I went to three different consultations in the Lakewood area looking for a trainer and without a doubt this was the best location! I could tell that their ENTIRE staff lived the lifestyle and they would be the ones who would be able to help me reach my goals :) I have never worked out so I was scared to go into a gym setting, but this place what exactly what I needed. It is not intimidating like regular gyms. Since starting I have lost 25lbs and have developed better eating habits. The entire staff is definitely the best in Denver and the environment here is so uplifting & fun. This is the place

I have been training here for 6 months now with Montana because I needed help because I was told if I did not start making changes I was going to have type 2 diabetes. Yikes! Within 6 months I have lost 40 pounds and I am no longer pre diabetic. Siera helped me find a meal program that fit my lifestyle best and I was able to make healthy changes. Montana has been an amazing trainer helping motivate me even on the days I lacked motivation. Nourished Training has been life changing!!

I started training with Nick at Nourished Personal Training about 3 months ago - I needed some help getting out of my fitness rut and I wanted to get stronger, but wasn't sure where to start. Nick has helped me gain strength and confidence in such a short time - I have NEVER in my life been able to do a pull-up, and here I am getting SO CLOSE to a fully unassisted pull up! This is the place to come and train with Nick if you want a friendly, welcoming place that will support and challenge you in the best way!

Nick was my trainer at Nourished and I have to say it was the best training experience I could have asked for. I told him my goals of wanting to tone up as well as know my way around the weight room and I 100% achieved both of those goals. I recently moved to California and I can even tell I’m so much stronger lifting things during the move (boxes, furniture etc.) and walked right into the gym here and knew what to do.
Nick also is just an extremely positive and happy person. That’s really important to me, because it allowed me to leave anything weighing me down at the door and really focus

I’m really glad I found Nourished Personal Training. The entire staff is so welcoming! Nick is an awesome trainer and takes the time to show me how to properly do every work out. He is super motivating and always helps me push my limit. I only started at Nourished a couple months ago and I can already see a difference. Thanks, Nick! I definitely recommend this gym. It’s a judgement free zone and they truly want to help you reach your goals.

When I moved to Colorado I was struggling with getting into a routine. I started working out with Siera, and she gave me the tools to get my meals and work outs in order. After COVID got me off track, I started seeing her again and am back to my fitness routine! She makes it totally manageable, but still pushes you! The gym is always super clean, and is very cute too!

I cannot thank my daughter enough for introducing me to Modevo now Nourished I absolutely love my training at Nourished! I have been going to Nourished (Modevo) for about 4 years and have worked with some awesome trainers (Siera, Jennifer and Shane). Since the Covid changes made at the gym I have had the awesome pleasure of working with Shane. Shane has made my workouts fun, challenging and he takes the time to evaluate where I am and where I need to be in my personal training, this is something I appreciate and respect. Shane is not going to push me until he knows I am ready. I highly recommend

Walking into Nourished is the best part of my day! I love my training sessions with Sierra & I always leave feeling accomplished. The gym here is modern, clean and is spacious. I have seen a significant change in my strength & am no longer tired all day!! I was a beginner and couldn’t even do a push up. But with her help I can no do push ups & even did my first 14er this weekend. You must try this place!
