Morning staff could have been a little friendlier/less grumpy. She was more concerned about making sure the pre-packaged jelly containers were completely aligned rather than listen to a guest inquire about how to get a maintenance request fulfilled. Staff was also hard to find when our card keys no longer worked. Housekeeping was a bit lax - made bed the third day, no other days and failed to restock paper cups which they repeatedly disposed.

Executive Suite was clean, spacious and reasonably priced. Customer service was excellent. Shuttle driver, Curt was very accommodating. Breakfast was fresh, abundant, and had several food choices. I will be back!

This hotel is awesome! (It isn't expensive at all) and they have NICE, CLEAN MODERN ROOMS! They also have like 4 hot tubs outside of the building in the back. They are sitting in front of beautiful rocks that go up the hillside, and when it snows just a little so that the rocks are partly covered with snow and you sit in the hot tub it's like you're at a high class resort or spa. The feeling you get is amazing. It's beautiful! The breakfast is great and the staff are very nice. Highly recommend over any hotel in the area.

This stay was a true delight. Very nice accomodations. Like just about every other business, thanks to the government, they were short handed. But they did a great job of keeping most people happy. A very nice place.

Very nice and clean! Definitely pull up front to check in as they need your license plate number and they have you put a ticket on your dash. I spent a little extra for a King suite but it was half the size it showed online. Still enjoyed my stay and would stay again. Warm breakfast was decent.

Room was clean but had a musty smell. Couldn't get the ac to work properly so we opened the window at night. Seen the ac filter needed cleaned but we didn't do it. Hot tubs were at 108 degrees WHOA! Cooked us had to get out and it was in the 50 s out. And there were black gunk floating in water yuck. Lol. Breakfast was okay but there was a bus there on the second day so we had to drive to Rapid City to eat. For three mornings. The guy who worked at night was great. Had tenders and shrimp from the bar was inexpensive and very good.

Everyone on the staff has been excellent. The breakfast is prepared on site and there are quick bites in the low key hotel bar which hosts all sorts of friendly folks just happy to be enjoying the company of new friends. It's a quick drive from town and offers shuttle services if you'd like. The culture here is very homey - comfortable and clean accommodations and the parking lot is empty during the day as we are all out enjoying what SD has to offer. Highly recommend.
